• The tour guide can only provide ammentary and service in Japanese, and the tour will be shared with Japanese tourists (G course).
• The tour with the GPS multi-language (English, Chinese, Korean) earphone guide. You can choose the language channel you want, but the machine only has a signal in the bus. Please don't take it out of the bus to avoid losing it. If the device or earphones have poor signal reception, please contact your tour guide for a replacement. Don't forget to return the interpreter at the end of the tour.※If the audio guide equipment is under maintenance, this service will be temporarily unavailable. Thank you for your understanding.

• The company may choose to suspend or cancel the service if weather conditions like wind, rain, or others make it unsafe to operate.
• The voucher is only valid on the day of participation.
• Before the dissolution of each attraction, the tour guide will show the meeting time on the prompt board. Please make sure to confirm and return to the bus on time.
• Boarding tickets are also proof tickets for major attractions. Please keep them properly until the tour end. Once lost, no replacement ticket is available.

Cancellation policy

• Orders can be cancelled free of charge up to 8 days after confirmation. However, if cancelled between 7 days and 11:00 PM local time on the 1st day before the participation date, a cancellation fee of JPY 100 will be charged.
• Cancellations are not permitted after 23:00 local time 1 day prior to the participation date once the order is confirmed
• Be aware that the approval of reschedules, amendments or refunds are subject to availability

Redemption information

• Please make sure to present your voucher, either on your mobile device or as a printed copy, on the day of your trip to exchange it for a reserved-seat ticket at the ‘OKOSHI’ Bus ticket counter. If you do not present your voucher, we will not be able to issue the actual bus ticket. In that case, you will need to pay the full amount again to purchase a new ticket on site.
• Please complete the exchange procedure at the ‘OKOSHI’ Bus ticket counter at least 20 minutes before departure. Please allow sufficient time to complete the process.※You cannot board the bus with only a voucher.
• Please arrive at the meeting place at least 20 minutes before departure. Make sure to check the meeting place in advance and go there by yourself. Please note that the bus will not wait if you arrive after the scheduled departure time. If you arrive late without prior notice, no refunds will be given. In addition, you cannot join the tour midway or make any changes to your reservation.

Eligibility

• This activity has no age limit
• The adult fare applies to those of junior high school age and older (generally age 12 and above). Children in elementary school (typically ages 6 to 11) should be booked under the child fare. Please note that a 12-year-old child who is still in elementary school will also be considered a child. Children younger than elementary school age can join free of charge; however, seats and meals (for meal-included plans) will not be provided. For children who may have difficulty sitting on a parent's lap, we recommend reserving a separate seat. In such cases, the child fare will apply. Please note that even if no seat is reserved for a child, additional payment for meals may be required at the restaurant in plans that include buffet-style dining.
