Under Kai, the master carpenter, we communicated wonderfully in German, English, and Japanese. After a brief introduction, the family started working. It was a bit slow at first, but help was always available, and they kept an eye on us. We felt well taken care of throughout the sanding process. Would gladly do it again :)
