He was very knowledgeable about the local secret spots and went above and beyond to capture amazing photos for my parents. Before the tour ended, he recommended some great restaurants and even helped make reservations in Japanese over the phone, which was a huge bonus. Overall, it was a very comfortable, relaxed, and enjoyable experience. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for more flexibility in planning their itinerary.
