The vehicle for this trip was very comfortable, and the customer service team was very responsive. But what surprised me the most was meeting an exceptionally excellent, friendly, and responsible driver—Mr. Anzai! Not only were his driving skills top-notch, but he was also a hidden "tour guide extraordinaire." Mr. Anzai would help us optimize our travel route in advance and fully respected our opinions, making the entire itinerary both fulfilling and flexible. He was very knowledgeable; he would proactively stop to explain things to us when we saw beautiful scenery and would thoughtfully help us take group photos, with excellent candid shot skills! What was most impressive was his time management: he always got us to each attraction precisely ahead of time, perfectly avoiding peak crowds. We often just finished getting ready to leave when large groups of tourists would pour in; we truly had to admire his experience! Plus, he spoke a little Chinese, which made communication very warm and smooth. Thank you, Mr. Anzai, for giving our whole family an incredibly fulfilling and enjoyable vacation! The driver was an older gentleman with a very good service attitude. The route he planned was reasonable, and he even helped me optimize the spots and itinerary. I especially want to mention the ocean views in Miyakojima; several of the beaches are truly stunning. In my opinion, the sand and water there are not inferior to the Maldives.

Yesterday and today, we rented a car with a driver for 5 and 7 hours, respectively. Initially, we only planned to explore the general area, but thanks to our driver's recommendations, we ended up covering about 160 kilometers (according to Google AI) over two days, perfectly exploring 100% of all the island's landmarks. In addition to the major attractions we requested, the driver proactively stopped at hidden viewpoints or secluded paths perfect for photos, ensuring we made the most of our time.

Master Anzai was excellent! He arrived at the airport early with a sign to pick us up. Along the way, he provided a lot of information about the sights, including some that many tourists often miss. I had already booked a time slot back in August, and your system stated in my booking that I would receive the driver's phone number or contact information. However, 24 hours before departure, I still hadn't received any messages. I contacted customer service that same day to explain the situation, but the AI chatbot just told me to contact the supplier directly. These responses left me very frustrated. I tried reaching out via the Line app or email provided in the order, but still had no contact from any driver. That evening, I contacted customer service again to explain that no one had reached out, and your AI chatbot just said that it was now past service hours and instructed me to contact the supplier directly. When I arrived at the destination, still no one was waiting for me at the airport. I contacted your AI chatbot again to report the situation, and received the same response. I kept clicking through all the information provided by the AI until I managed to connect with a live customer service agent. Your agent said my booking was for 9:00 AM. I explained that the issue was I had never received any contact details about the driver from the supplier, contrary to your promise on the order that I would receive the driver's contact info within 24 hours. At 8:58 AM, while I was still discussing the whole matter with your customer service agent, a driver rushed into the airport holding a sign with my name on it to pick me up. I then told your agent that I had found the driver, but throughout the entire trip, the driver seemed to have no idea which attractions I needed to go to. My overall experience this time is extremely unsatisfactory and has made me lose confidence in booking any future activities with your brand.
