When will the operator provide the driver and car plate information after the order is placed? The operator usually provide the driver information and car plate number 1 day 18:00 pm (local time) before the service. Operator may contact you via Email or WhatsApp, we will also update the driver’s itinerary, contact number, and vehicle plate number on the platform. Due to LINE regional restrictions in Japan, merchants are unable to add overseas accounts via LINE ID. Please contact customer support to provide QR code or obtain the merchant’s contact details if need to.

Master Anzai was excellent! He arrived at the airport early with a sign to pick us up. Along the way, he provided a lot of information about the sights, including some that many tourists often miss. Master Anzai speaks a little English and Chinese, so communication was quite smooth. Overall, highly recommended!
The driver was an older gentleman with a very good service attitude. The route he planned was reasonable, and he even helped me optimize the spots and itinerary. I especially want to mention the ocean views in Miyakojima; several of the beaches are truly stunning. In my opinion, the sand and water there are not inferior to the Maldives.
Anzai is such a friendly driver! He actively took us to hidden scenic spots that we wouldn't have found on our own and volunteered to take photos for us. When we couldn't find the location for an activity we booked, he took the initiative to ask around and helped adjust our itinerary. If you're looking for a chartered car tour in Miyakojima, go with him—you definitely can't go wrong!

Yesterday and today, we rented a car with a driver for 5 and 7 hours, respectively. Initially, we only planned to explore the general area, but thanks to our driver's recommendations, we ended up covering about 160 kilometers (according to Google AI) over two days, perfectly exploring 100% of all the island's landmarks. In addition to the major attractions we requested, the driver proactively stopped at hidden viewpoints or secluded paths perfect for photos, ensuring we made the most of our time.
Our driver, Mr. Anzai, was incredibly kind and guided us perfectly to our desired schedule and locations! Even though I don't speak much Japanese, he explained everything so well that it wasn't inconvenient at all. I highly recommend this service to anyone not renting a car!
