Great experience. Suitable for family with kids. Could be better if more time spent with kangaroos.

Good experience of this close up activity, however the website shall be noted that no matter how old is the customer, it's viewed as a person for fee of charge. I take my almost 2 yr daughter to join, and was requested to pay an extra due to not clear infor as shown on the klook page

-. Quite big recalling its location -. Not sure if it's just me who thought it was unorganized or that they purposely make it like we're inside a "wild" forest (compared to other Zoo in Singapore, Bali, Hongkong and Japan where it's organized, clean and tidy) -. Few customers remembering it was Saturday and many stores and cafes were close at that day. Thankfully me and my friends brought food. -. Kangaroo encounter was exciting! Their fur is so soft and there was one kangaroo which smells like curry lol!

The tour guide clearly introduces the precautions for feeding the kangaroo, and can also shake hands with the kangaroo hand. Although the time is a bit short, it is a good experience. Other animals are not big, but the sparrows are small and very interesting, especially the Butterfly Pavilion, a lot of butterflies.

A person or a group of four people can only get kangaroos in only 5 minutes. The time is a bit short. The zoo itself is small and exquisite, and overall it is a good place.
