How To Get There:
30mins car travel distance from town is very convenient. what you paid for the ticket is helping the extinct animals. Worth to go.
My trip to Werribee Zoo was an enjoyable experience. On arrival, my electronic ticket didn't seem to work but I was asked to email them my ticket and entry was granted. The safari tour was one of the highlights as well as being able to roam around the Australian native animals section. At designated times there are certain animal presentations so it pays to plan ahead.
It was easy and the application is very handy. the counter accepted the ticket and I also emailed the soft version, thus happily avoided the long queue.
We went to the the werribee zoo and was ask to have the ticket printed out instead. Not that of a problem thou as the zoo counter can help print it out once you forward the coucher to their email. It was a great place with safari bus to see the area. The number of animals at the zoo not that many thou. I a fun place for the family.
It was really fun! Really worth but we went quite late! Need at least about half a day to go through everything at the Zoo! There's a small water play in the Hippos area! Bring bathers for the lil ones! It was a great day!
