The tour guide, Director Ye, provided very detailed explanations and was very responsible for the group. They introduced the tour routes and good food nearby to the tourists, and also prepared attraction maps for everyone in advance! The bus ride was a bit long, 3 hours to get there and 4 hours to return, but there weren't too many people in the group, so one person could sit in two seats, which was very spacious! Overall, it's a good review! A big thumbs up!

In 37 years of travelling to over 50 countries, this was our worst tour experience. We booked with Klook and have already contacted them, but there has been no proper update or resolution. This tour was not worth the money. The plum blossom stop had very little to see, strawberry picking was a complete waste of time, and the cherry blossom visit — although beautiful — was rushed with only 1.5 hours for sightseeing and food. I specifically requested an English-speaking guide. While the guide was passionate, she spoke only Japanese and talked nonstop, which was frustrating and gave all four of us headaches. The bus had no charging points, no water, no toilet, and uncomfortable seats. Due to heavy traffic, we arrived 1 hour 15 minutes late and lost prepaid taxi money. Very poor organisation and customer support. I do not recommend Klook.
