Ticket Notes

• A single ticket is limited to one person and can only be used for admission once. A pair ticket requires two people to enter at the same time and cannot be used separately.
• This ticket is a valuable ticket. Please keep it properly. If it is lost, damaged, punched, altered, stained, photocopied, or torn, it will be deemed invalid and will not be accepted for exchange or replacement.
• This ticket is valid during the exhibition period (until 2026/4/19), and will be invalid after the expiration date. For ticket refunds or exchanges, please go to the original ticket purchase channel before 2026/4/19. Late requests will not be accepted. If you purchase a package ticket, please note that the package combination must be complete and unused before a full refund can be processed. Please refer to the refund policy of each channel for refund and exchange procedures.
• The exhibition site only accepts ticket refunds sold at the on-site ticket booth. A complete and unused ticket, invoice, and credit card slip must be attached.
• Children under 3 years old can enter the venue for free and must be accompanied by an adult with a ticket. (Relevant documents must be presented. If no documents are presented, it will be determined by whether the child is over 90 cm tall; the age calculation method is based on the actual age on the day of admission)
• Those who are eligible for free tickets should take the initiative to show their documents to the service staff for verification before entering the venue. If they do not meet the qualifications, please purchase a ticket according to their status; those who meet the preferential status (concession tickets, disabled tickets) cannot request a partial refund or subsidy for the ticket difference after entering the venue with a ticket.
• In order for service personnel to clearly identify them, please have the necessary companions of people with disabilities closely follow the people with disabilities into the venue.
• If there are any unmentioned matters in the above matters, please refer to the official website and FB announcements. The organizer reserves the right to interpret the event.

Exhibition Notes

• Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult with a ticket to enter the venue.
• The organizer does not actively provide consignment services. Strollers and large luggage must be placed outside the venue according to the instructions of the staff. The organizer is not responsible for personal property losses. Please take good care of your personal belongings and valuables.
• There are no toilets or trash cans in the exhibition hall. Please use the toilet outside the venue before entering the venue.
• Please abide by the tour route, exhibition rules and on-site staff instructions. If there are a lot of people, please queue up in order. In order to maintain the viewing rights of others, please do not occupy the space in the exhibition hall for a long time.
• This exhibition is open for taking pictures and videos. Live broadcasting, professional photography equipment, flashlights, tripods, selfie sticks and stabilizers are prohibited in the entire exhibition area. Without prior permission, commercial photos, videos or interviews may not be taken without permission. Please abide by the regulations in each exhibition area and respect the intellectual property rights of the exhibition and the copyright of the works.
• It is forbidden to play, run, eat, or drink in the exhibition hall. Please do not bring food or drinks into the venue; smoking, chewing gum and betel nuts are prohibited; it is forbidden to sell or resell tickets on the spot in the exhibition hall; if there is any improper behavior that is not effective after persuasion, you must leave the venue immediately and there shall be no objection, and the ticket fee will not be compensated or refunded.
• Pets (except guide dogs), long-handled umbrellas (short-handled umbrellas should be stored in personal bags) and all kinds of dangerous and contraband items are not allowed in the exhibition hall; it is forbidden to pat or touch the exhibits and showcases in the exhibition hall. If there is any damage, compensation shall be made at the price.
• There are fixed staff in the exhibition hall to maintain order in the venue. If you find any suspicious persons or unidentified objects, pick up lost items, or feel unwell, please notify the nearby staff immediately for assistance.
• If you need to re-enter the venue after leaving the venue, you can stamp a re-entry stamp at the exit of the exhibition hall and queue up at the entrance to enter the venue again, but it is limited to entering and exiting the exhibition during the business hours of the exhibition on the same day. You do not need to purchase an additional ticket to purchase goods in the souvenir area. Please go to the souvenir area from the exit.
• In order to maintain the quality and safety of the exhibition, when the number of visitors in the exhibition hall reaches the upper limit, flow control will be implemented, and the ticket office will suspend ticket sales. Please cooperate with the staff's instructions and wait in line at the entrance to enter the venue in order (final admission time is 17:30).
• If there are any changes to the exhibition business hours and regulations, please refer to the on-site or official fan group announcements. If there are any unmentioned matters in the above matters, the organizer reserves the right to interpret the event.
