The trip was great, but I was very disappointed that we couldn’t go to Ningle Terrace due to traffic control 😭
We had more time in this tour than the other tour we booked with the same company. We enjoyed this one as we had more time to explore and soak in the beauty of Hokkaido.
I’m really happy to have Mandy as our guide. friendly, kind, and helpful throughout the whole day. I didn’t have any language problems to communication at all, which was something I was quite worried about at first, but she explained everything clearly and made communication very easy. she also gave us a lot of great recommendations for places to visit and souvenirs to buy and bring back to my country, which I really appreciated. The only small thing is that the time at each location felt a bit short, so we had to rush and couldn’t fully enjoy every place. However, I completely understand because there were many places to visit within just one day. Overall, it was a very enjoyable day trip.

We booked the “Asahiyama Zoo, Shirohige Falls, and Ningle Terrace Day Trip” via Easy Go and had such a wonderful experience! Our tour guide, Vivi, was excellent from start to finish. She was very accommodating, systematic, and incredibly attentive to everyone in the group. She explained the itinerary clearly, kept everything well-organized, and made sure we were comfortable throughout the trip. Vivi’s friendly and professional attitude really made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a really great time and would definitely recommend this tour — especially if you’re lucky enough to have Vivi as your guide!
We had a wonderful day trip to Asahiyama Zoo! The zoo is beautifully designed with unique enclosures that let you see the animals up close. The penguin walk was a highlight and absolutely unforgettable. Oscar, our tour guide, was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend visiting through this tour as it was a memorable and enjoyable experience.
This is my second time joining a Hokkaido day tour ~ I really like this itinerary. The beautiful guide, Mandy, is very kind and considerate and is a very qualified guide. I had a lot of fun today. I will join other tours again next time I come to Hokkaido.
The activities offered allow families to visit comfortably, especially at the zoo where penguins welcome you. It's a shame the Nickel Terrace hasn't been lit up yet.
