Review for: Full-Day Noboribetsu Hell Valley & Cape Earth Tour

The best value for money! The weather was great that day, and from Cape Chikyu, we could see the mountains of Hakodate across the bay. This tour not only visited the must-see spots of Noboribetsu, Toya, and Showa Shinzan, but also uniquely included Kyogoku Fukidashi Park. While there, we met some Hong Kongers who lived nearby, and they were surprised that a tour group would visit! Our guide thoughtfully reminded us to bring water bottles to fill up, and at the park, we saw many people buying buckets to take water home. I highly recommend the local potato pudding; it's very unique and delicious! The tour price also included a seafood lunch, which was incredibly tasty and a great value. Our guide, Michelle, was very professional and dedicated. Our group had travelers from various places (Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, USA, Poland). Being half-Taiwanese, half-Japanese, and having lived in Hong Kong for many years, she introduced the attractions and explained important information in four languages (Cantonese, Mandarin, English, Japanese). She was also humorous and friendly, which made the trip even more enjoyable!

Review for: Full-Day Noboribetsu Hell Valley & Cape Earth Tour

Had a great tour with Catherine. Visiting Jigokudani, Showashinzan, and Lake Toya on a tour is convenient. The weather at the start of summer was also pleasant, so we had a great time. We didn't go up the Usuzan Ropeway so we thought the pace and timing were just right. We were also back in Sapporo downtime early.

It was a fabulous experience, thanks to our wonderful guide Catherine (trilingual and very animated) and driver (very professional and safe). We were blessed with great weather, so the sights were beautiful! The scallop lunch was also delicious, very worth a try. Enjoyed myself so much!

Review for: Classic Route with Meals (April-November)

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly Recommended! An Unforgettable Hokkaido Mountain and Lake Scenic Day Tour! I participated in this "Hokkaido Mountain and Lake Scenic Day Tour: Noboribetsu Hell Valley & Cape Chikyu & Lake Toya Observation Deck & Mt. Usu Ropeway," and it truly exceeded all expectations! Booked through Klook, the day was perfectly organized, transportation was comfortable, and all the attractions were Hokkaido's most classic mountain and lake scenic spots. We managed to visit them all in one day! I especially want to praise our tour guide, Joe! Joe is truly the heart and soul of this tour! He is proficient in Japanese, English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, switching between the four languages effortlessly. No matter what we said, he immediately understood and answered. He is incredibly friendly and approachable, with a 100% polite and humorous attitude. Throughout the trip, he constantly shared local knowledge and interesting anecdotes, making us feel as relaxed and happy as if we were traveling with friends. He was very attentive to every tour member, reminding everyone to put on more clothes when the weather turned cold, waiting for slower members when hiking, and even proactively helping us take beautiful photos! We could ask him anything at any time, and he always answered with a smile. His professionalism and service attitude are top-notch! Having such a great guide truly added so much to the entire trip. I highly recommend this tour, especially for friends who want a Cantonese-speaking guide!

This is an excellent day tour from Central Sapporo that truly lets you live out your winter wonderland fantasy. The snowmobile experience, though optional, is an absolute must-try. The ride up and down the mountain offers breathtaking views, with bonus sledding at the photo stop adding to the fun. Kathryn, our guide, was incredibly friendly and bubbly, and fluent in Japanese, Chinese, and English, making the experience seamless for everyone. The all-scallop set meal was also one of a kind and a memorable highlight. Highly recommend this tour!

Great day tour! Worth the money as it included lunch and it is Muslim friendly (no halal cert, serve seafoods). Our guide, Chaterine was amazing, speak English, Mandarin, Cantonese and Japanese, so everyone included. The itinerary was great for Winter, it is feel rush a little (has time for pictures, but not soo much exploring) but cover everything we wanted.

The trip was so nice. The guide was very helpful, and we enjoyed the trip very much. The lunch was very good, and the snowmobile experience was amazing. The view was also amazing. The beret was very nice. Even though we arrived late, and it began to get dark, the Hell Mountain was still very nice. We are so happy that we joined this tour, and the experience was excellent. Even though it snowed hard, the weather was very cold.

Michelle made the experience so much better! she was very kind and accomodating! This company has only been new but they’ve provided more than enough with the experience such as free lunch, free ice cream and other stops to famous sightings! if you are doing the snowmobile tour I highly suggest you wear enough clothing and WATERPROOF! we made that mistake and regret it so badly! All in all the experience was AMAZING!

I was very lucky to find this day tour before my trip. The tour guide, Catherine, was very nice and professional. She used Mandarin, English, and Cantonese to ensure all members understood. She proactively helped take photos and provided extended introductions to many attractions. When faced with the unexpected situation of a highway closure, she helped coordinate and didn't directly cut out the itinerary. The recommended food was also good, such as the balloon pudding at the observation deck, which was novel and delicious 😋. I compared almost all the Noboribetsu-Lake Toya day tours on Klook, and this tour's itinerary covered almost all the major attractions of other tours, as well as the unique Meisui Park. This attraction is not very popular and doesn't have many tourists, so it is relatively quiet and not crowded. Personally, I don't really like thrilling activities, and I wasn't originally interested in snowmobiling. I was hoping for a tour that would allow me to stroll around Noboribetsu Onsen Street and soak in the hot springs, but after the experience, the snowmobile was very fun and worth trying. I heard that the horsepower is relatively high, so it is very powerful to drive. The scenery along the mountain that had just snowed was fantastic. Especially on the return trip, I was lucky enough to see a clear view of Mount Yotei, which was very beautiful, but unfortunately, I couldn't stop to take pictures. The overall time of the day was not too rushed, and it also included a good lunch, making it very cost-effective. Unfortunately, the Mount Usu Ropeway was not open due to strong winds. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we arrived at Hell Valley in the dark, so we couldn't see it clearly, leaving some regrets for the next visit. A family of 3 traveled, and my parents were also very satisfied. Support this new agency.
