【Pre-Trip Information】

• Please be sure to arrive on time for the meeting: If you do not participate in the itinerary due to personal reasons (being late/getting lost/feeling unwell, etc.), you will not be refunded. Please note that no refunds will be given.
• This itinerary is a fixed group tour route, and you will need to share a ride with other passengers throughout the journey. Stopping outside of attractions is not allowed.
• Depending on the number of people in the group on the day, a small car model with the driver serving as a guide may be used. Please cooperate with the staff's arrangements throughout the journey (in the case of a small car, you will enjoy a more flexible itinerary rhythm, and the driver will focus on driving, with relatively brief explanations).
• The itinerary may be adjusted due to force majeure factors such as traffic and weather. No refunds or compensation will be provided for delays or partial changes. Passengers who need to take a flight on the same day should sign up with caution or allow sufficient time.
• Each person can bring one piece of luggage for free. For extra luggage, you can pay JPY 2000/piece to the driver/guide on site. Please be sure to note this when placing your order. If you do not inform us in advance, the tour guide has the right to refuse you to board the car, and the tour fee will not be refunded.
• Registration for seniors over 70 years old and pregnant women: No later than one day before departure, please request and sign a disclaimer from the staff email jingyu12333@163.com, and return it to us to ensure travel safety.
• Since Fukigasaku Waterfall is closed for winter on December 4, you can only see Rokkakudo from a distance, and the stairs are slippery and risky. From December 7 to April 1, 2026, we will go to Kawagoe Ichiban-gai instead.
• The fruit ripening season may vary due to weather conditions, and it is also possible to eat pre-picked fruit.
• If Harada Farm is closed or the fruit quantity is insufficient or the number of groups is too large and the experience is not good, and fruit picking service cannot be provided, the fruit picking service will be changed to other surrounding tourist orchards.
• If the Tamahara Ski Resort/Tamahara Lavender Park is temporarily closed due to weather factors, the admission fee will be refunded. Thank you for your understanding.

【Information During the Trip】

• The stop time at each attraction has been optimized, please strictly abide by the time to avoid affecting the overall itinerary.
• The itinerary time may be adjusted due to force majeure factors such as traffic, weather, and crowds. If there are delays or partial itinerary changes, no refunds or compensation can be requested. Thank you for your understanding and understanding of the uncertainty of the journey.
• Traffic jams may occur during holidays and peak periods. The tour guide will flexibly adjust the itinerary depending on the situation. Please be mentally prepared and thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
• If you leave the group on your own/leave the team midway after the itinerary starts, it will be regarded as automatic abandonment of the service, and no refund will be given. (You will be responsible for your own safety during the period of leaving the group)
