  • Redemption Instructions:Show the QR code of your e-voucher to staff at the Osaka Station JR Expressway Bus ticket counter. After scanning, you'll receive round-trip tickets for the Osaka-Nagoya expressway bus and a "Me~guru 1-Day Pass" voucher. To redeem the "Me~guru 1-Day Pass"　voucher, please show it to the bus driver before boarding the Me~guru Bus to receive a physical bus ticket
  • Please ensure that you exchange the e-voucher for a paper ticket at the JR Expressway Bus ticket center at Osaka Station before boarding the bus. (Unable to board the bus by just showing the QR code)
  • The e-voucher can be redeemed starting at 10:00 AM one month before the date of travel.For example: Travel Date: May 1 → The day before: April 30 → One month prior → Start of Redemption: March 30
  • The expressway bus has reserved seating only particularly during busy periods such as weekends and holidays. The bus may be fully booked and unavailable for your preferred date. It is recommended to redeem the e-voucher 1 day before your travel date.Expressway bus timetable
  • Please note that the "Me~guru" Bus does not operate on Mondays (if Monday is a holiday, it won't operate on the next working day) and during the year-end and New Year holidays (December 29 to January 3)
  • Refunds for e-tickets purchased online or through travel agencies cannot be processed at the bus ticket office. Please contact the original seller
  • Paper tickets that have already been exchanged are non-refundable. Lost or stolen tickets cannot be reissued
  • Please confirm your boarding point in advance and arrive early. If you fail to arrive on time, the ticket will become invalid, and no refunds or changes will be made
  • Delays may occur due to road conditions or weather. Compensation like accommodation will not be provided due to bus delays
  • Passengers may bring personal items free of charge, limited to: ① weight under 10kg, ② total volume under 0.027 cubic meters, and ③ length under 1 meter. If items obstruct the vehicle's structure or operation (blocking aisles or emergency exits), restrictions may apply even to free personal items. Pets in suitable carriers that meet regulations may be allowed. Please check with the bus company for specific details
  • Dangerous items are prohibited. Transport may be refused or discontinued in certain cases (intoxication, unsanitary clothing, disruptive pets)
