Eric was great! Knowledgable and took wonderful photos. The tour itself is well planned. We had a delicious lunch and enough time to wander and explore. I even had time to go in an onsen and take a dip. I loved this tour and it was the highlight of my Tokyo trip.
Although the car broke down on the way, the overall experience was very comfortable and satisfying. The only regret is that the time spent in Kawagoe was not long enough!
Did not have a chance to even go on the tour. only email contact provided. no direct contact information or 24 hour confirmation as indicated on app. company did not attempt to reach out when they didn’t see us. we’re had a different time listed than what the changed picked up time was from the company and even Klook had a third pick up time listed that was different from everything. do not recommend unless you want to be stranded and lose out on a lot of money.
