Have Fun in Kansai Premium Pass (Includes Universal Studios Japan)

After completing your purchase, please download the Travel Contents APP. Tap the "Link E-ticket" icon in the top right corner and scan the QR Code on your Klook voucher to complete the binding process. You will then need to select your travel period within the APP (Note: The pass becomes non-refundable once the travel period has been selected).

Before visiting each attraction, open the corresponding voucher in the APP; if the page displays a "Redeem" button, please tap it to complete the redemption first, then simply show the QR Code to the staff to use it.

For most attractions included in the pass, you can simply present the QR Code for entry on the day of your visit. However, some popular attractions require a reservation. We recommend planning your itinerary in advance for the following:

Please confirm your visit date carefully before redeeming. Once you redeem your first item, your 7-day validity period is locked, and your Universal Studios Japan entry date cannot be modified. Additionally, unused items are non-refundable. We recommend finalizing your itinerary before making your first redemption.

Inclusion depends on your chosen package. If your Premium Pass package name includes "SUPER NINTENDO WORLD™ entry," access is included at no extra cost. Other packages do not include this feature; to ensure entry, please select the package that specifically mentions it.

Your pass includes one Express Pass for your choice of: a. Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey™ b. The Flying Dinosaur c. Despicable Me: Minion Mayhem d. Hollywood Dream - The Ride Upgrades are not available for this pass. For more attractions (such as Mario Kart or Mine Cart Madness), please purchase a separate Universal Studios Japan Express Pass.

Some popular items (such as Super Nintendo World™ entry, Express Pass 1, and Popcorn Bucket) have limited daily quotas and may sell out. We recommend checking availability for your preferred date before redeeming. If a slot is full, you can either adjust your 7-day travel start date (allowed anytime before your first redemption) or choose from over 200 other available attractions.

Full refunds are only available before you select your travel period in the Travel Contents APP. Once dates are selected, the pass is non-refundable, though you can still change your travel period for free as long as no attractions have been redeemed

One pass is valid for one person only. If you are traveling in a group of four, please select a quantity of 4 at checkout. Each pass has its own unique QR Code and can be used independently, making it convenient if your group members decide to visit different attractions on the same day.

Your 7-day period begins on the start date you select within the Travel Contents App. You may change this date at any time as long as no items have been redeemed. Please note that once you redeem your first attraction, this 7-day window is locked and cannot be changed. Unactivated passes are valid for 270 days from the date of purchase.

If your QR Code fails to scan, please follow these steps to resolve the issue: a. Ensure you are using the correct voucher: The Premium Pass contains multiple vouchers (Universal Studios Japan, Express Pass, Airport Transport, teamLab, Have Fun in Kansai Pass, etc.). Within the Travel Contents App, select the specific voucher for the attraction you are visiting and present its QR code.

i. Special Note for "Dotonbori River Cruise": To use this, you must present the QR Code for the "Have Fun in Kansai 1 Week Free Pass (3 facilities)." There are two redemption points depending on the day:

1. Daily: Ticket Office at Tazaemon-bashi Bridge Pier, Soemon-cho, Chuo-ku, Osaka (〒542-0084)
2. Thursday to Sunday: Dotonbori Riverside Grill Wonder (B1), 1-16 Dotonbori, Chuo-ku, Osaka (Nipponbashi Pier)

b. Check validity and usage: Confirm within the app that your voucher is valid for today and that you still have remaining redemptions available

c. If it still won't scan: We recommend purchasing a ticket on-site immediately so you don't miss your scheduled visit. Afterward, contact Klook Customer Service through the app with your order number and a summary of the issue. Our team will investigate the cause and assist with a refund or compensation based on the issue.
