  • [Regarding License Plate and Guide Information] We will inform you of the meeting time, guide information, and license plate number for the next day's tour via email by 21:00 Japan time the day before your departure. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder first. If you still haven't received it, please contact us promptly! If you receive multiple emails, please refer to the latest one.
  • [Regarding Luggage Privileges] Each person can bring one piece of luggage free of charge. For any additional luggage, you can pay the driver/guide JPY 2,000/piece on the spot. Please be sure to indicate this when placing your order. If you do not inform us in advance, the driver/guide has the right to refuse you to board the vehicle, and the tour fee will not be refunded.
  • [Regarding Driver/Guide Service] Driver-cum-guide service: for small, exclusive groups of 4-13 people; Driver + guide service: for bus tours of 14-45 people. The actual arrangement will be adjusted according to the number of people on the tour that day. The driver-cum-guide will mainly focus on driving, with guiding as a secondary function.
  • [Regarding Force Majeure] Arrival times for each itinerary may vary depending on traffic conditions, weather, holidays, and crowds on the day. In the event of the aforementioned or other force majeure factors, the guide has the right to adjust and reduce the itinerary on the spot. Please understand that no refunds will be given for these reasons.
  • [Regarding Late Arrival and Refunds] As the day tour is a carpooling service, we will not wait for you if you are late at the meeting point or attraction, and no refund will be given. Please be aware of this.
  • [Regarding Vehicle Type] Reference vehicles: 5-8 seater car: Toyota Alphard; 9-14 seater car: Toyota HAICE or equivalent; 18-22 seater car: mini bus; 22 seater car or above: large bus. The above vehicles are for reference only and will be adjusted according to the number of people on the tour that day.
  • [Regarding End Time] As the journey is long, the return arrival time may be affected by traffic or weather. We advise you to avoid arranging other activities on the day the tour ends. The supplier will not be liable for any losses incurred due to delays.
  • [Regarding Meeting Point] Please be sure to confirm the meeting point before departure. Once the meeting point is confirmed, please do not change it at the last minute. If you are unable to board the vehicle due to changing the meeting point for personal reasons, a refund will not be given.
  • [Regarding Safety Tips] Skiing is a high-risk activity, please purchase appropriate insurance in advance. Safety first.
