- As this is a shared tour, guests from other countries and language backgrounds may be traveling with you.
- Regarding seating arrangements, we operate on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests prone to motion sickness are advised to arrive at the meeting point early.
- Regarding guide arrangements: We offer driver-guide services (for small, exclusive groups of 1-13 people, the driver also serves as the guide, and the driver will not leave the vehicle to accompany guests; for bus tours of 14-49 people, a separate tour guide will be provided. Actual arrangements will be adjusted based on the number of participants on the day).
- Regarding luggage arrangements: If you wish to bring luggage, please indicate this in the special requests section. The luggage fee is JPY 2000 per piece, payable in cash to the driver or guide on the day.
- Regarding meal arrangements: The journey is long, so we recommend that you bring your own light snacks and water.
- The tour involves some walking, so please wear comfortable shoes and clothing.
- On Japanese weekends and public holidays, traffic congestion and early closure of attractions may occur. We will reduce or shorten the itinerary based on the actual situation. We hope for your understanding, and our guides and drivers will do their best to provide excellent service.
- Please do not make dinner reservations, as it may not be possible to catch your flight or Shinkansen on the same day.
- Please ensure that the contact app you have provided is accessible during your trip to Japan. We will contact you one day in advance.
- We will send the vehicle information and guide information for the next day's trip to your email address before 8:00 PM the day before departure. Please check your inbox (and possibly your spam folder).
- To ensure a smooth trip, please be sure to contact the guide or driver in a timely manner. Thank you.
- Sample vehicles: 5-8 seater: Toyota Alphard; 9-14 seater: Toyota HAICE or equivalent; 18-22 seater: Mini bus; 22 seater or more: Large bus. The above vehicles are for reference only, and actual vehicles will be adjusted based on the number of participants on the day.
- The minimum group size is 4 people. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum group size, the tour will be canceled, and a cancellation email will be sent 4 days before the departure date.
- In the event of adverse weather conditions such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision will be made by 6:00 PM (local time) 1 day before departure as to whether the tour will be canceled. You will be notified by email as soon as possible thereafter.
- Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes and bring warm clothing (if necessary).
- The above itinerary is for reference only, and traffic conditions are beyond our control. Please avoid scheduling activities for the evening. We apologize for any delays.
- Our company is not responsible for, and cannot offer refunds or rescheduling due to inability to participate in the tour or poor photo scenery quality due to traffic, weather, or other force majeure factors. Thank you for your understanding.
- Please be aware that the itinerary or duration of stay at each attraction may be adjusted due to traffic congestion, facility maintenance, or other factors. Please inform those concerned.
- The company will not provide refunds to customers who abandon the tour midway due to personal reasons.
- Please be sure to arrive at the designated pick-up location at the specified time and do not be late. As this tour cannot accommodate transfers to other routes or mid-tour participation, you will be responsible for any losses incurred if you fail to participate in the day trip due to your own reasons. - If children under 3 years old require a seat, please purchase a ticket at the same price as an adult and provide a note.
- Vehicle type: Vehicles will be dispatched according to the number of people. For small group tours, a driver-cum-attendant will provide full travel services without an additional tour leader. Please be aware of this.
- Day tour itineraries do not include personal travel and personal accident insurance. If needed, please purchase it yourself. Outdoor activities and high-risk sports have specific risks and dangers.
