The outfits are gorgeous and fit perfectly. My son looks super handsome in the photos! 😀😀😀 The staff is very helpful, and they are quick and skilled in doing the hair and dressing. Communication is no problem in either English or Chinese.
Service was very fast and friendly. they speak Japanese, mandarin and some English as well. I booked the couple kimono set and 90 minutes with the photographer. Everyone was very kind and helpful!
Our kimonos were beautiful except for the mens and boys. There was limited options for boys, girls and men, the upgrade would be bery expensive. as soon as the dressing was done, there was no one who says, you can go meet the photographer now… if I didn’t ask, we were sitting there and wasting time. The store was soo busy, the staff have very limited English , we were told that we can leave our bags, everything was in a rush that we did not bring the necessities and we ended up hiking up to kyomizo dera temple with no wipes to our face, we were sweating in our photos, we don’t have water. what I mean is there was not enough info on what we need to do and we ended ip being unprepared. we have little kids and they got cranky because of the heat, the thirst and the hike. our photos were beautiful. we did not maximize the 90 minute session because we started late and we also finished 10 minutes early. The photos were ready in less than 24 hours after photoshoot, overall 4 stars
Photographer Xiao Song is super professional!! The photo spots he recommended were great. During the shoot, he guided my poses and meticulously helped me find the best angles. The follow-up service was also excellent! Even though it was hot wearing the furisode, the whole process was very enjoyable because Xiao Song was the photographer! If family and friends go to Kyoto in the future, I will recommend that they add the photography service. ☺️‼️
The shop provides excellent service, and they speak both Chinese and English. Highly recommended!
