Me and my partner got kimonos and did the tea ceremony and it was the highlight of our trip. The tea ceremony was very informative and extremely enjoyable. All the staff are amazing and made me feel like a princess. Highly recommend this experience to everyone and no Japan trip is complete without doing this. 🥰
There are Chinese-speaking clerks who get dressed quickly. Everyone is friendly and polite. They are full of emotional value. Redemption is also very convenient. Just give me the redemption code.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful experience! The staff were incredibly nice, friendly, and accommodating from start to finish. They were very patient, helpful, and made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Claiming the voucher was quick and easy, which made everything hassle-free. There was also a great variety of kimonos to choose from, with many beautiful styles and designs available. However, what truly made our experience memorable was how kind and accommodating the staff were. Their excellent customer service made everything smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended! 😊
The staff speaks Chinese @ 'ェ' @ and the service attitude is very kind. Because it's reservation-based, you won't feel neglected while they serve other customers. They also clearly explain the kimono rental rules in advance, so there are no extra random charges. The environment is quite clean and tidy, making it very relaxing. The way the staff speaks makes even introverted people feel comfortable (。ì _ í。). Even if it's your first time wearing a kimono, you can ask the staff for advice! You can also store your luggage, so you can fully enjoy playing in Kyoto. It's a treasure of a store!!!

Great experience, they were able to accommodate 2 large groups. We were very close to the temple and could wear the kimonos all day. There was also a selfie location on the 2nd floor.
such a great location to all the picturesque spots! they dress you quickly and provide lots of kimono options. you can also get makeup done and a tea ceremony if you want.
The transportation is very convenient. The ladies at the front desk are friendly and very patient in helping to choose clothes and accessories, making it very easy for someone indecisive like me to pick outfits. 👚 It's quite close to Kiyomizu-dera Temple, so I highly recommend it, and I'll visit again if I have the chance. The ladies speak excellent Chinese and also help with calling taxis 🚗. The service is very kind.
