Special Terms for the Event / Weather Cancellation Policy

• Even in rainy weather, if the fireworks display is announced by the organizing committee to proceed as scheduled, this tour will also depart as normal. However, if severe weather (such as typhoons, heavy storms) or rising river levels pose a danger to the fireworks display, the event may be canceled.
• Unless the organizer officially announces the cancellation of the fireworks display before the tour departure, this tour will still proceed as scheduled. Please note that the decision to cancel the fireworks display may sometimes be made by the organizing committee on the morning of the event day, and you will be notified by the accompanying staff on that day.
• If the cancellation of the fireworks display is officially decided one day before departure, we will refund the full tour fee. The trip will be canceled. However, if the fireworks display is canceled due to sudden weather conditions after departure, no refund will be given. Transportation costs to and from the meeting point will also be borne by the traveler. We appreciate your understanding.
• If the fireworks display is temporarily suspended or postponed due to sudden severe weather after the tour departs, the tour fee, including the viewing seat fee, will not be refunded. We ask for your prior understanding and acceptance.

Important Reminder for Late Night Return

• As this tour returns late, it is expected to arrive at the meeting point after 23:30. To ensure a more comfortable journey, please be sure to confirm the last train time for your return on that evening before registering! The actual arrival time may vary depending on traffic conditions on the day. If you miss public transportation and incur subsequent costs such as taxi fares or accommodation, travelers will be responsible for these costs. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

• The tour includes a Japanese-style kaiseki meal. The ingredients for the meal will be based on the season and availability on the day. (Product images are for reference only)
• This tour primarily provides Chinese explanations. English, Japanese, and Korean speaking staff are available. If needed, please make a note when placing your order (Please note that designated language services may not be available in all cases and will ultimately depend on the arrangements on the day, as decided by the supplier).
• This tour may be shared with other foreign visitors to Japan.
• Depending on the actual number of participants, a medium-sized or small bus may be used, and the driver may also serve as the accompanying staff. We appreciate your understanding.
• Seats cannot be reserved in advance. If you have special requests, please inform the accompanying staff on the day.
• Unless there is extreme weather, the event will proceed as scheduled (even if it rains), and the tour will not be canceled. We appreciate your understanding.
