Kyoto Day Trip: Visit Kifune Shrine + Kawadoko Dining Experience + Check in at Nanzen-ji Temple and Sanzen-in Temple (Osaka/Kyoto pick-up and drop-off)

• As this is a shared tour, guests from other countries and language backgrounds may be traveling with you.
• Regarding seat arrangements, we follow the principle of first-come, first-served. Guests who get motion sickness are requested to arrive at the meeting point early.

On weekends and holidays, you may encounter traffic jams, attractions closing early, etc., during the trip. The supplier will reduce or shorten the itinerary according to the actual situation. We hope for your understanding. The guide or driver will do their best to provide the best service. Please do not book dinner, as you will not be able to catch a plane or Shinkansen on the same day, and please bring your own light meals and power bank.

When going to Kifune Shrine, you can choose to walk or take a shuttle bus (one-way 440 JPY, at your own expense). Walking there and back takes about 1 hour. It is recommended to choose the method according to your physical condition.

• If facilities such as cruise ships and cable cars are suspended due to weather or other factors, the time will be added to other attractions, and the guide will decide on the day according to the situation.
• Please do not eat or drink in the car. If you cause stains in the car, you will need to compensate according to local cleaning standards. Thank you for your understanding.
• Please ensure that the communication app you provided can contact you during your trip to Japan. The supplier will contact you one day in advance.
• The supplier will send the vehicle information and guide information for the next day's trip to your email before 8:00 PM the day before departure. Please check it (it may be in the spam folder). To ensure a smooth trip, please be sure to contact the guide or driver in time. Thank you.
• If the number of participants does not reach the minimum required for the tour, the tour will be canceled, and an email notification of the cancellation will be sent 1 day before departure.
• In case of bad weather such as typhoons or blizzards, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day before departure (local time 6:00 PM), and you will be notified by email at any time thereafter.
• Please wear light clothing and shoes and bring warm clothing (if needed).
• The above itinerary is for reference only, and traffic conditions are beyond our control. Please avoid arranging or booking activities for the evening. We apologize for any delays.
• We are not responsible for inability to participate in the tour or poor quality of photos due to irresistible factors such as traffic or weather, and no refunds or rescheduling will be given. Thank you for your understanding.
• If affected by traffic congestion, facility maintenance, etc., the itinerary or停留时间 (stay time) at each attraction will be adjusted. Please inform those concerned.
• The company will not issue refunds if a traveler abandons the tour midway due to personal reasons.
• Please be sure to arrive at the designated pick-up point at the specified time and do not be late. Since this itinerary cannot be changed to other shifts or joined midway, if you are unable to participate in the day trip due to your own reasons, you will be responsible for the corresponding losses. • Children under 2 years old who need a seat must purchase a ticket, which is the same price as an adult ticket, and a note is required.
• Vehicle type used: Vehicles are dispatched according to the number of people. For small groups, a driver who also serves as an attendant will provide full tour service, and no additional tour leader will be assigned. Please be aware.
• Weather conditions may affect the best viewing period for flowers or autumn leaves, and the itinerary will not be canceled or refunded for this reason. Please be aware.
• During Japan's Obon Festival (around August 13-16), there will be severe traffic jams. Please do not book restaurants/flights/Shinkansen, etc. It is recommended to bring light meals, power banks, and other essential items.
