To celebrate the Dragon Boat Festival, The Peninsula Hong Kong’s Michelin-starred Spring Moon proudly presents a collection of four indulgent rice dumplings and three zesty sauces, created by Chinese Cuisine Executive Chef Lam Yuk Ming and the award-winning culinary team.
Homemade using Spring Moon’s hallmark techniques, the Premium Glutinous Rice Dumpling is infused with premium ingredients including 30-head dried Middle Eastern abalone, Jinhua ham and conpoy, creating an array of flavours and textures. With the filling of rosé wine marinated Hungarian pork, the Deluxe Glutinous Rice Dumpling is an exceptionally rich and fragrant treat. In addition to the savoury rice dumplings, the Tangerine Peel and Red Bean Glutinous Rice Dumpling offers a sweet variation of a traditional delicacy using a centuries-old recipe.
The festive treats are best enjoyed with the three artisanal condiments – XO Chilli Sauce, Sichuan Chilli Sauce, and Chiu Chow Chilli Sauce, all freshly made in-house and specially crafted for your personal taste. Our special boxed gift set pairs the Premium Glutinous Rice Dumpling with signature condiment – XO Chilli Sauce will also be a delicious choice to celebrate the Dragon Boat Festival with your beloved ones.
