what an amazing restaurant for a birthday dinner to celebrate my sister’s birthday. we requested the window table and was granted with a wonderful night view of the Victoria harbour. the food was amazing and the service was spectacular. thank you so much for making our night so memorable!

The staff is very polite and speaks Cantonese, English, and Mandarin, catering to the needs of different guests. Each dish comes with an explanation of its ingredients. The only minor drawback is that the chef didn't come out to chat with everyone. Moreover, the staff is very attentive, asking about food allergies and also inquiring, "How is your dinner tonight?" This is the kind of service one should expect when paying a 10% service charge, unlike the typical pseudo-Western restaurants in Hong Kong that only take orders, serve dishes, and clear plates, offering no real service yet boldly charging a 10% service fee. Areas for improvement during this dining experience: 1. There should be no two-hour time limit, as fine dining guests usually need to sit down, order a drink (wine, cocktail, or juice), and chat for about an hour before starting to order food or have it served. Time limits should only apply to eateries like McDonald's or Sushiro, where people "go in, sit down, eat, and leave." 2. The sound system in the venue is too loud. This shouldn't be a disco. Guests need some background music to create an atmosphere, but if it's too loud, it will affect their conversation.

A very satisfying experience. I was very satisfied with the environment, atmosphere, service, and food. Our location faced the floor-to-ceiling windows, with a panoramic view of the beautiful Victoria Harbour. There was no noise in the restaurant, only background music, which was very comfortable. The waiters carefully took care of our food, replaced the tableware, and even carefully provided lighting when taking pictures. The seafood platter had many types of seafood, and each one was washed and cut for easy eating. The food was fresh, the mussels and snails were crisp, and the abalone was very flavorful, tender, and smooth. The oysters we ordered were also the No. 1 size of that variety, and they were very fresh. I think this dining experience is very cost-effective. Thank you, Peninsula Hotel. 🥰

The food was delicious, the ambiance was great, and the service was excellent. We were both very satisfied and full! Around 8:00 PM, we still had some drinks left, and the staff kindly moved them for us to the bar upstairs, which was very thoughtful. We couldn't get a seat with a sea view when we were dining downstairs, so it was a pleasant surprise that when we went up to the bar, there happened to be a spot available with a beautiful view, which made up for it.

Choosing this world-renowned Peninsula for our anniversary was the right decision! The staff's service attitude is top-notch, and the food quality is superb and delicious 🤤. This set menu is abundant, the desserts are very stylish, and the seafood with the sauce is incredibly delicious 🤤. Happy anniversary and Valentine's Day 🎉! Such unforgettable high-quality service! Arranged for a window seat with a view of Victoria Harbour, the night view is absolutely stunning. Seafood is the main course, including lobster, abalone, Hokkaido scallops, etc., all fresh and delicious. I paid extra for oysters, but even without them, there was more than enough to eat. I paid extra to choose beef for the main course, but it didn't have much beef flavor, even though I chose medium. It was still very tough. The service was very good, and an hour and a half was enough time to finish the meal, although of course, it would be better to sit longer and enjoy the view.

Food Quality: From the herb bread with chili sauce to the seafood platter, main courses (fish and chicken), dessert, and tea, everything was delicious. Price: High value for money, especially considering it's fine dining. Service: The service was excellent. They even helped write birthday greetings on the dessert for my friend. Experience: I would visit again if there are more promotions or a new menu.
