Cancellation policy
- Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 10 day(s) before the selected activity date
- You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
- A full refund will be issued in case of unforeseen events or extreme weather caused the following condition: The activity cannot follow the itinerary
- Full refunds will only be issued for unsuccessful or rejected bookings
- Refunds can't be issued for any participants who are late by 10 minutes or more
- The activity will be cancelled if there is not a minimum of 20 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time or refund
