Good to know
- Horseback riding tours are available only in good weather. Tours will be canceled in the event of rain or inclement weather, and you may choose an alternative tour or receive a full refund. You will be notified by email.
- A Mandarin-speaking guide will assist with the horseback riding instruction video and translation during mounting adjustments. During the experience, ranch staff will provide guidance in English. If you require a guide to accompany you throughout the entire tour, please select the guided horseback riding option.
- Grassland scenery varies by season. The grassland is black after the burning in March, sprouts in April, becomes lush green from May, and turns into golden grassland and snow scenes in autumn and winter.
- Tours require a minimum of two people and only one group of travelers will be accommodated. If a single person registers, they will need to pay for two people.
- Pre-trip information will be sent by email two days prior to departure.
