About Admission Ticket, Chill Pass and Token
- Admission Ticket/ Pass/ Token are valid only during COFFEE HONG KONG, from April 18 to April 21, 2025, and can be used at designated participating vendors on-site. Expired tokens will not be accepted.
- Tokens can be redeemed for coffee and food at designated booths within the event. Only tokens are accepted for food and beverage purchases. Merchandise purchases can be made with cash or electronic payments.
- Each Admission Ticket/ Pass/ Token will only be accepted once. Once used, it will be deactivated and cannot be reused. Additional or duplicate copies will not be accepted.
**Terms and Conditions **
- By completing the order , you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the terms and conditions.
- Each ticket admits entry of one person only.
- Free admission for children aged 12 or under. They may be required to present identification documents upon entry.
- Alcoholic beverages are only available to guests aged 18 or above. Event staff may request age verification (such as an ID card, passport, or travel document).
- Each token can only be used once and will be collected by participating vendors upon redemption for accounting purposes.
- Admission tickets/ passes/ tokens sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. No replacement will be provided for any lost, defaced, or damaged admission tickets/ passes.
- If the event is cancelled due to adverse weather or unforeseen circumstances, no refunds will be provided. - - - The redemption arrangement for the tasting mug will be announced separately.

Nice day out today at West Kowloon for the coffee fest!
It is a very unforgettable experience. Not only can you taste the hand-brewed coffee from Tokyo, but you can also taste the delicious food that goes with the coffee. There are also live music performances, making it a relaxing day.
The event was wonderful and I could taste different coffees. The organizers have improved their control over the crowd flow and deserve extra points for quick handling. I hope I can continue to participate next time.
We went on the last day of coffee festival. People were lining up for coffee. Most were sold out by 4pm. Weather was hot and humid, but we would like to come back next year maybe on 1st or 2nd day.
I bought a 1-day pass and although there were long queues, it was worth it because I could try the products of famous coffee shops in Tokyo and different Hong Kong brands at once. It is recommended that everyone who is going there these days should arrive at 11 am 😂
The weather is very good today 🌤️👍🏻, the conference is well arranged, so not too many people, tasted Japanese matcha coffee, and other different coffees.. Super good ✌🏻😃… worth recommending

There was no need to queue up to enter on 20/4. There were many types of coffee, but the queue at the Tokyo Coffee stall took a long time.
