i booked this cruise 3 days ago for today, today we arrived at 7:20 to the location, the place was a ghost town, there was one woman these who kept saying in Indonesian “there is no cruise today, there is no cruise today”. i didn’t only get cheated out of the ticket, but also out of my time (waking up at 6:00) and the taxi fare for going from the hotel to this abandoned place and back to the hotel directly. the phone numbers provided are also all out of order and they are unreachable!
