Fast Boat Ticket between Bali (Sanur) and Nusa Lembongan

Excellent service from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I especially appreciated that they sent me a WhatsApp reminder one day before departure, which was very useful and reassuring. The boat departed on time, the journey was safe, and everything was well organized. I would definitely use Arthamas Express again and highly recommend them for travel between Sanur and Nusa Lembongan.

I went with Rocky Fast Cruise because of their positive reputation on the internet and they were really so professional. The price you pay in Klook includes a pickup and a dropoff. Rocky contacted me one day before my ferry to arrange the hotel pickup and everything was smooth and on time, they have a different port from the other companies which is much closer to the yellow bridge and they also drop you off anywhere in Lembongan. after you get close to the port a water shuttle comes to take you to the shore unlike other companies where they drop you before shore and you have to walk a few steps in the water.

Klook made it very easy for us to travel between the islands. Our driver tried really hard to help us cover more spots but we couldn't take our eyes off these two. Nusa penida is magical!

I had initially planned to only take Eka Jaya, as it's known to be the most famous and largest, but after experiencing Rocky, I've changed my mind. The first time I came to Bali and took Eka Jaya, I had to drag my luggage all the way to the front of the boat myself (and even then, I encountered people who would move it a tiny bit and then beg for tips). I then handed my suitcase onto the boat and boarded afterward. With Rocky, however, a staff member not only took my luggage from the ticket checkpoint all the way to the front of the boat (unlike Eka Jaya, they didn't beg for tips), but they also organized everything neatly. They loaded all the luggage first, and then allowed passengers to board, making for a very clean and pleasant boarding experience. The next time I visit Bali, I'll be looking for Rocky first, not Eka Jaya.

The day before departure, Arthamas sent a WhatsApp message regarding the meeting time, location, and important notes, which was reassuring. The staff proactively helped with luggage on and off the boat.

The booking process was smooth, and the ticket exchange point was easy to find. The boat ride was a lot of fun, and Nusa Lembongan is beautiful. The sea is very blue and definitely worth a visit.

I went to and came back from Sanur to Nusa Lembongan with Dream Beach Express, and I have no complaints! For those who've never experienced anything like this, here are some things I learned Luggage: Many people bring whole suitcases (proper 25kg+ ones), and there were no issues getting them on and off board on either end. There's a dock at Sanur, but not at Mushroom Bay, so you have to take a few steps in the water. Don't wear sneakers or long pants for this part Punctuality: They typically begin boarding at the time you booked. E.g. We board at 1 pm, and leave around 1:10 pm. It takes about 30 mins to get either way. I wasn't pressed for time, so I didn't mind, but just keep that in mind if you've got places to be. Taxi: At Sanur, taxis aren't allowed in the harbor so you'll have to walk a bit to get there. At Mushroom Bay, drivers stand on the beach when you dock to take you to your accommodation (~150k) I suggest: BRING A HAND FAN Thanks Dream Beach for your great service!

I used it for both the outbound and return trips. I was relieved to receive confirmation and a map via WhatsApp. In particular, the waiting area in Lembongan has a stylish and clean cafe attached, so you can relax and enjoy the sea view until departure. The boat was also comfortable. There were fans installed, which I think is a wonderful consideration. I will definitely use Arthamas Express again when I go to Lembongan Island in the future.

Good journey. It is free seating and try to go in earlier as I managed to secure a seat in the front which has a fan. Otherwise, remember to bring your own portable fan because it gets stuffy. When embarking in the afternoon, we also had to go in from the beach so wear sandal and shorts as your feet may get wet. Otherwise, the journey is relatively short at just 30 minutes and it is good value-for-money. We even got to use the MKP lounge when going from Sanur to Nusa Lembongan.

Good to book from Klook as I got the bigger ferry. I saw some people had to board a smaller boat that seems like it may be bumpier and exposed to splashing water. The only thing is the ship does get quite stuffy, but luckily the journey is relatively short at just approximately 30 minutes.
