The 5-course menu (Original price: HK$1,388 per person) begins with a delicate low-temperature aged Wagyu Carpaccio paired with Parmesan cheese and arugula. The beef and cheese gently melt at body temperature on the palate, while the refreshing, subtle pungency of the arugula accentuates the natural sweetness and crisp profile of the meat. This is followed by an artisanal Homemade Wagyu Sausage crafted in traditional French style, pan-seared to achieve a crisp exterior and a succulent, juice-filled interior. Served alongside smoked beef bacon and a vibrant, crisp salad, the refreshing acidity of the salad expertly balances the rich savory depth of the meats to deliver a distinctly layered sensory experience.
The main course features slow-braised Ox Tail Rigatoni, showcasing meticulously selected wagyu tail simmered patiently over low heat until tender and flavorful. Tossed with sweet, vibrant tomatoes and chives, the dish achieves a profile that is rich in flavor yet exquisitely balanced. Enhancing the dining theater, our service team tableside-shaves delicate ribbons of Parmesan cheese directly before the guest; as the savory warmth rises, the cheese melts gracefully, enriching the dish with a decadent aroma while introducing an engaging element of interactive culinary presentation.
A defining highlight of the experience is the Westholme Wagyu Sampler, which harmoniously brings together four premier cuts to allow connoisseurs to experience the multifaceted character of Westholme Wagyu in a single seating. This time, to celebrate Father's Day, after making a reservation, I saw a lot of negative reviews online and worried all night. We arrived on time, and although we didn't have a window seat, the server was very polite and showed us to our table. The brunch was served from the first dish on the menu to the last, and when we wanted to add more dishes in between, the server kindly helped us arrange it. Aside from the shrimp and french fries not being very good, all the other dishes were very fresh. The lobster bisque was delicious!
Very good, delicious, and the portions were generous. I ate too much! The quality was also excellent, and the environment was very pleasant.

Without the BUFFET, this oyster bar is completely not worth going to! For this price, they only allocate one oyster per person?? Half a very small lobster, and a plate of buffalo salad to be shared by three people! Unpresentable cheap sashimi, California roll sushi??!! And BRUNCH doesn't even include COFFEE OR TEA??!! This restaurant is simply focused on maximizing profits at the expense of reputation! It's a pity that such good and experienced waiters have to work in this worthless restaurant! No wonder the previously packed restaurant now only has a few tables occupied!!
