- If you need to carry luggage, please inform us in advance. The luggage fee is JPY 2,000 per piece, payable in cash to the driver or guide on the day of service.
- Please ensure that the communication app you have reserved can contact you during your trip to Japan. The operator will contact you one day in advance and send vehicle and guide information for the next day's trip to your email before 8 PM on the day before departure. Please check carefully (it may be in your spam folder). To ensure a smooth trip, please be sure to contact your guide or driver in a timely manner.
- Driver-guide service (1-13 people for a refined small group with a driver-guide, the driver does not get off to accompany; 14-49 people for a bus group with an independent guide, actual arrangements will be adjusted according to the number of participants on the day)
- Reference vehicle models: 5-8 seater car (Toyota Alphard); 9-14 seater car (Toyota HAICE or equivalent); 18-22 seater car (small bus); 22+ seater car (large bus). The above vehicles are for reference only, and the actual vehicle will be adjusted according to the number of people in the group on the day of travel.
- The minimum number of participants for a tour is 4 people. If the number of participants does not meet the minimum required number, the tour will be canceled, and an email notification of the cancellation will be sent 4 days before the departure date.
- In case of inclement weather such as typhoons or blizzards, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day before departure (18:00 local time), and you will be notified by email thereafter.
- The above itinerary is for reference only. Traffic conditions are beyond control, so please avoid scheduling activities for that evening.
- Please understand that no refunds or rescheduling will be possible if you are unable to join the tour or if the quality of the scenic photos is poor due to force majeure factors such as traffic or weather.
- If affected by traffic congestion, facility maintenance, etc., the itinerary or duration of stay at each attraction will be adjusted.
- No refunds will be given if a traveler abandons their itinerary midway due to personal reasons.
- Please be sure to arrive at the designated pick-up point at the specified time; do not be late. As this itinerary cannot be transferred to other shifts or joined midway, if you are unable to participate in the day trip due to personal reasons, you will be responsible for the corresponding losses. Thank you for your understanding.
- If the itinerary is terminated due to force majeure factors such as weather conditions or natural disasters after the trip has started, a refund will be processed for the unfulfilled itinerary based on the actual costs incurred. However, additional expenses such as return transportation costs or accommodation costs incurred locally must be borne by the traveler.

- Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused service. In this case, no refunds will be given
