What to expect
Mount Fuji and Hakone are classic destinations in Kanto, but independent travel involves complicated transfers and time-consuming inter-regional travel. We have planned three one-day itineraries departing from Tokyo, eliminating the need for extensive planning and catering to sightseeing, photography, and influencer check-in needs.
A Classic Volcano Route | Hakone Owakudani + Arakurayama Sengen Park (including Owakudani Ropeway): Features Hakone’s geothermal landscape and Mount Fuji’s cultural scenery. Take the ropeway to admire the unique geothermal white smoke landscape, and capture the classic shot of Mount Fuji and the Five-Storied Pagoda. Combining nature and culture, this route is suitable for first-time visitors, though inter-regional travel time is longer. B Panoramic Scenery Route | Lake Kawaguchiko + Mt. Kachi Kachi Ropeway (including Mt. Kachi Kachi Ropeway): The top choice for panoramic photos of Mount Fuji. Take the ropeway to the summit for a bird’s-eye view of Mount Fuji and Lake Kawaguchiko, offering expansive views where mountains and water merge. C Influencer Check-in Route | Lake Kawaguchiko + Lake Yamanakako (without ropeway): A one-stop destination for Mount Fuji’s popular influencer spots. Check in at the scenic twin lakes, Oshino Hakkai’s clear spring secret, Oishi Park, and the popular Lawson convenience store. With varied scenery throughout the four seasons, this relaxed pace is suitable for leisurely strolls and photography.
🌋Owakudani | Natural Wonders of a Geothermal Valley Hakone’s famous geothermal spot, with white smoke billowing and a unique volcanic landscape, allowing you to feel the immense power of nature.
⛩️Hakone Shrine | A Millennium Secret Hidden in the Mountains An ancient shrine by the lake, with towering ancient trees and millennium-old giants, allowing you to experience the rustic charm of an ancient Japanese shrine.
🗻Arakurayama Sengen Park | A Photographer’s Secret Viewpoint Climb to the top to capture the classic shot of Mount Fuji and the Five-Storied Pagoda, with stunning scenery during cherry blossom and autumn foliage seasons.
🚡Mt. Kachi Kachi Ropeway | The Best Viewpoint for Mount Fuji and Lake Kawaguchiko The highest point in Kawaguchiko, directly accessible by ropeway, offering panoramic views of Mount Fuji and Lake Kawaguchiko.
🌸Kawaguchiko Oishi Park | Mount Fuji’s Four Seasons Fairytale Facing the snow-capped peak of Mount Fuji, with cherry blossoms in spring, lavender in summer, autumn leaves, and winter snow, offering different scenery throughout the four seasons.
💧Lake Yamanakako | Clear Lakeside at the Foot of Mount Fuji One of the Fuji Five Lakes, with clear and tranquil waters. Stroll along the lakeside and quietly admire the scenery at the foot of Mount Fuji.
🏞️Oshino Hakkai | Mount Fuji Spring Secret A spring water paradise at the foot of Mount Fuji, with clear springs, picturesque villages, and a refreshing and healing atmosphere.
🏮Fujiyoshida Honcho Street | Showa Era Ladder Town Retro Showa-era streets with scattered shops, where you can look up and see Mount Fuji.
📸Mount Fuji Lawson | Influencer Check-in Landmark A convenience store at the foot of the snowy mountain, with Mount Fuji as a backdrop, making it easy to take Japanese-style atmospheric photos.

We were lucky enough to have a clear and sunny view of My Fuji for the entire day! Yuan made sure that we had plenty of time at each stop to take photos and soak up the beauty! Yuan’s restaurant recommendation for lunch was so delicious and she was kind enough to take a couple of photos of us tysm! I highly recommend Yuan’s Mt Fuji tour! 🙌🏼👌🏼👏🏼🙏🏼🥰🤍🩵💙
if you are wanting to visit Mount Fuji DEFINITELY book this tour instead of doing it yourself. Our tour guide Yuan was brilliant and taught us so much!!! We got to see all the key areas with transport in between- turned what would’ve been a stressful day into one that we will remeber forever!!! We were so lucky and the visibility was perfect- we booked the day before and checked the chance of Mount Fuji being visible (you can check on google for the few days ahead!!) and we saw it the entire day!! At each stop you get a certain amount of time to explore by yourself which was amazing!!!! 10000% recommend we will remeber this day forever!!
We really enjoyed our day with our lovely tour guide Serina who was informative, fun and friendly! we luckily had great views of Mt Fuji in all of the locations due to the weather being so good and it was the first day of the year the mountain had snow on the top! So beautiful would definitely recommend.
we had a great time joining the tour to Mount Fuji and tour guide Max is great to make sure we enjoy the tour . The itinerary is nice and weather is good, we managed to see the Mount Fuji clearly today
we had our tour today with Serina and she was very good. we saw heaps of sites on a fairly fast paced tour with strict departure times so that we could see everything as planned., so don’t be late or you will get left behind! A lot of time in the bus, but without the bus we would not have been able to see everything in 1 day. Pirate ship was a nice surprise and we saw Mt Fuji with clear skies. I would 100% recommend this tour.
Tommy has been phenomenal, a perfect guide. On point commentary/alerts so no one misses the Mt Fuji views as they come. Lucky to have got the best weather for Mt Fuji views. The tour was jam packed with the best of everything and Tommy made is super enjoyable.
Went on a hike with the guide Serina, she was incredibly knowledgeable and punctual. The hike started out rainy, but it turned blue and sunny when we got to the volcano. Decent lunch. Great view of Mt Fuji. Back home at the scheduled time. All in all, a great day daytour.
We had a good time and all the places in the itenerary was beautiful. We are lucky to see the Mt.Fuji in all it’s glory dur to the good weather. Serina, our tour guide is very kind, helpful and professional. I will definitely recommend this tour.
Beautiful experience! We saw a ton of wonderful places and took many many photos! Our guide Luna was amazing, she guided us throughout the whole excursion and gave us many different insights. We managed to do everything and were also able to see mount Fuji in spite of the cloudy weather. Definitely recommend!
very great and wonderful one day tour. Serina was well knowledged and familiar with all the places. She communicated with the group well regarding the arrival time for each location and things to do at each spot. This has allowed us to leave all the go to places on time and move on to the next one. I would 100% recommend others to join this tour
