Visit her cozy home in the city and learn to cook like a real local. For the menu you’ll be making creamy ramen and delicious gyoza by hand. Start from scratch and learn the uniquely Japanese cooking techniques that are needed to make the perfect bowl of ramen noodles. Prepare all of the toppings and make the broth from scratch then get ready to wrap some gyoza. Make each individual gyoza by hand before throwing them in the pan to crisp up. Once you’re done enjoy eating with Saeko and your fellow classmates.

absolutely AMAZING! she was so nice and helpful. Super accommodating to us and genuinely my favourite thing we did in Japan. The food was delicious and plentiful. emailed us the recipe to make at home and asked if she could take and send photos to us of us being in the moment which are amazing memories. I would 100% recommend to everyone and I will be seeing if any of her other cooking classes are available next time I hopefully come back to Japan. Please if you are unsure whether to do this or not, do it, you won’t regret it. 😊

Saeko was very welcoming and patient while teaching. It’s a small group of 4 which was just nice. Food was good too! my 9 year old daughter enjoyed the whole experience.

probably the best cooking class I’ve been in. really good and helpful guide and delicious meal at the end! you shouldn’t come to this class hungry though, you’ll be drooling at the end of the class either way.
Saeko is a great host, she is fun and personable, the ramen and gyoza she tought us how to make was absolutely delicious! we went as a family of 5 and everyone enjoyed it! Strongly recommend it if you are visiting Osaka.
