The restaurant hostess kindly arranged a window seat (comfortable), the food variety is diverse, and here is my favorite steamed lobster (fresh), teppanyaki black pepper Wagyu beef (melts in your mouth), foie gras toast, generous stew (abalone, fish maw, goose web, and shiitake mushrooms), salmon roe donburi. Favorite desserts include sea salt caramel peanut cake 🍰. Finally, a delicious hand-crafted decaf coffee ☕️. Because we were celebrating a holiday that night, the restaurant sent us an exquisite cake and took 📸📸📸📸 photos for us, giving us wonderful memories! This is also a great place to celebrate holidays with family and friends 👍👍👍👍

The services is top notch, the attention to guests is constant, making sure you have everything you need, and plates are frequently cleared. They would politely check in if they can clear your plate if there is some food left, which is nice and unassuming. We were there for a birthday and wedding anniversary celebration, which I notified klook’s customer service twice but I could tell the memo didn’t go through because there were other guests that had a complimentary birthday cake served to their table. Klook side, a little disappointed given that I mentioned it twice to two different customer service personnel. Buffet lunch was nice, we enjoyed the food and the thoughtful services, I believe dinner would be even better. 8/10 for food wise, taste and variety. 10/10 for services!

We visited the Kowloon Shangri-La several years ago and had a good experience, so we decided to try the buffet lunch at the Island Shangri-La this time, and it was equally enjoyable. There was a wide variety of food, especially the delicious Japanese dishes and seafood. We were also pleasantly surprised by the nostalgic Hong Kong-style delicacies such as shrimp paste spare ribs, Tai O shrimp paste pork patties, gai daan jai (egg waffles), and Hong Kong-style milk tea ice cream. It would be even better if the desserts were less sweet and if there was a water dispenser for guests to serve themselves hot tea (such as English breakfast tea).

They started letting guests in for the buffet around 6:20. The seating area is quite spacious. On a Wednesday, we didn't have to wait long to get the food we wanted. It was pretty good, especially the seafood. The waitstaff were also very quick and attentive.

It was a birthday celebration meal. One of the highlights of the buffet was the unlimited fresh steamed lobster, which retained the delicious, springy texture of live lobster. This is quite rare, as it's usually served chilled. The hot lobster had a particularly rich flavor! The chilled seafood also included abalone, and it was all-you-can-eat! Another highlight was the unlimited salmon roe, which guests could pair with steamed white rice to create their own unique salmon roe bowls. It was both delicious and fun, as each bowl could be customized to individual preferences. The freshly pan-fried wagyu beef and foie gras, as well as the stewed soup, were also incredibly delicious! Encore and encore! There was a wide variety of salad greens, including some rare, high-end options! Additionally, there were halal food options to cater to different guest requirements! The ice cream and drink selections were also extensive! The desserts were exquisite, featuring Hong Kong-style egg waffles, macarons that weren't too sweet, and an even wider variety of ice cream! It was a satisfying meal!

The food selection is extensive, and the seafood is very good, including crab claws, abalone, shrimp, crab, shellfish, jade snails, and more. There are four types of sashimi, all very fresh. The desserts are exquisite and come in many varieties. On the other hand, the roasted meats, which previously received good reviews, have lost their quality; the char siu pork is dry and overly sweet (with a slight porky odor). The steak is a bit tough. However, the service is excellent, polite, and attentive, which is commendable.

First time eating at this place, and it happened to have a buy-two-get-one-free promotion. The theme this time is crab, and each person gets a free hairy crab; the seafood area has clams, red crabs, crab legs, shrimp, abalone, lobster… The hot food area has curry crab, pepper crab, lamb chops, beef… The dessert area has a variety of Halloween-themed desserts, daifuku, macarons, waffles, ice cream… The drinks weren’t that many, but they were good, and finally, each person got a cup of tea with the meal. This trip was very pleasant and happy.

The buffet experience at Cafe TOO was very pleasant. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the food selection was plentiful and delicious. I particularly liked the desserts, which tasted good, looked attractive, and had a wide variety. I was especially impressed by the fish maw and almond tea!

Service: It was great that they were informed in advance about celebrating a family member's birthday, and they gave us a birthday cake and a branded gift, which we were able to take with us. However, the staff member who brought the cake walked away very quickly, and there wasn't time to ask him to help take a photo. Food Quality: The food selection seems extensive, but it wasn't particularly surprising. The taste was okay, with a wide variety of drinks available. The first round of tuna sashimi was a very good cut and delicious, but subsequent servings were not fully thawed and not as fresh. I had seen reviews mentioning foie gras, but it wasn't available on the day we visited. Restaurant Ambiance: The ambiance and food arrangement were nice, but the seating was a bit crowded. Price: The price is relatively high, but if you're celebrating a birthday or anniversary and want a sense of occasion, it feels worthwhile. Otherwise, the value for money is average.
