Had to wait 15 mts for the taxi to arrove but super clean car with comfortable seats. Person was kinds enough to arrange pickup from halong bay crusie centre.
The driver will arrive early at the agreed time, but because it is a shared ride, he will stop at several points along the way to pick up passengers. Finally, he will be delivered to the designated location according to each location, so you can rest assured that the package will not be lost.
the time on the later side of 20mins late of what we were told was when we got picked up, from the moment we got picked the airconditioner didn't work, after a few complaints from passengers the driver pulled into a place to get it serviced, it was resolved to then make the trip bearable again. other than that we arrived at our destination as booked.
make sure you contact the operator on whatsapp to confirm your pick up n drop point. once you board, inform the driver once again about the drop point. note: the stop on the way - didn't have good restroom.
The itinerary I booked recently has always had a good image. Until today's itinerary, according to the contract, we were to be picked up at the hotel. However, the driver called us and asked us to walk down to the intersection. He did not come up to the hotel to pick us up. We were dragging 3 luggages under the bright sun. You walked down and saw no one? I called and said it would take 5-7 minutes... If we couldn't get to the hotel to pick up the reservation, we should have explained it. We were asked to fill in the pick-up location and then they said we couldn't get there (actually, it only takes a few seconds to drive to the hotel from the intersection) ) I really can’t understand? Along the way, we went to the stop sign to look for someone to ride with us, and our luggage was placed at our feet. In the end, we didn’t even have room to put our feet? Really speechless⋯

I used it from Ha Long to Ninh Binh. I was able to contact them smoothly using whatsapp. They came to pick me up at the hotel. The seats were full, but I was able to get to my destination quickly. I was able to choose between two drop-off locations when I made the reservation, but it would be better if I could specify a location.

Although the pick-up location was temporarily changed, the local staff contacted me quickly and allowed me to get on the bus with peace of mind👍
