Shuttle Bus Between Ninh Binh And Ha Long

The itinerary I booked recently has always had a good image. Until today's itinerary, according to the contract, we were to be picked up at the hotel. However, the driver called us and asked us to walk down to the intersection. He did not come up to the hotel to pick us up. We were dragging 3 luggages under the bright sun. You walked down and saw no one? I called and said it would take 5-7 minutes... If we couldn't get to the hotel to pick up the reservation, we should have explained it. We were asked to fill in the pick-up location and then they said we couldn't get there (actually, it only takes a few seconds to drive to the hotel from the intersection) ) I really can’t understand? Along the way, we went to the stop sign to look for someone to ride with us, and our luggage was placed at our feet. In the end, we didn’t even have room to put our feet? Really speechless⋯

It is very convenient to go directly to Ninh Binh after the Halong Bay trip. It is also quite convenient if you contact Happy Travel Agency directly for the time.

The driver was nice and had a good attitude, but the car was a bit old and I had to wait for almost an hour for the car to come, which was a fly in the ointment.

We booked the 1PM bus and waited since 12:30. We asked two bus drivers who passed by at the meeting point, but they ignored us and refused to get on the bus. When we waited until after one o'clock, we received a WhatsApp message saying that the driver could not find us and drove away. The proprietress of our Homestay was very nice. She called the driver for us and found that the driver picked up the wrong guest without confirmation. Then I wanted to make a refund at Klook, but found that there was no customer service phone number. It took almost 12 hours for the online customer service to reply to us, and you have to reply as soon as they are online, otherwise they will close the file. So we could only contact Klook via email after the trip. However, they did not acknowledge the bus’s WhatsApp message at all, nor did they acknowledge the transfer we made to the proprietress to book a new bus for us, nor did they provide her proprietress’s contact information, nor did they investigate. They only said that refunds are not allowed according to company policy, so we will not use Klook anymore. This is a shitty platform.

should arrange is direct point to point transfer and via toll highway !! waste my time if u business that way !!

don't reserve this ticket. i reserved it because this bus is an only option. but they never offer pickup sevice or any help for emergency. it's very easy to buy the ticket in veitnam(you can just buy the ticket at their pick up point, trust me. it's cheaper and faster) so you don't need to reserve any ticket

This was the worst experience I've encountered, especially since I was traveling solo. Driver kept winding down his window and spitting out of the car, the passengers are locals in the countryside who probably paid a very small fee for the transportation and they were very noisy and unhygienic, playing their music and videos and talking on the phone at extremely high volumes. I honestly thought I was in a scam. I went to read the reviews and realised so many others experienced poorly. Not sure what Klook is doing still supporting such unprofessional and dubious vendors.

Our driver did not pick us up. We contacted the company (the number that was provided) and they did not answer their call. Someone texted us back but never provided any solution or apology. A nice lady at the pick up location (Halong Happy Tours) was very helpful and tried to contact the bus company. It turns out the bus company forgot about us. A bus arrived and told us he was taking us to our destination. Our luggage was thrown into the seats beside us. During our ride, we picked up random people on the street. They jumped over us and our luggage. One man was obviously drunk. He spoke loudly in the car and kept kicking my seat. The drunk man was even speaking aggressively to my husband. The driver never did anything to acknowledge this, did not stop over for toilet breaks and picked up multiple random people off the street. It felt extremely unsafe and uncomfortable. We ended up stopping somewhere and had our luggage taken out of the bus and thrown into another bus. We will never use this service again. I would give 0 stars if I could.
