Shared Minibus to Trang An, Bai Dinh, Tam Coc, Ninh Binh from Ha Noi & Vice Versa

I booked the tour and they dropped us off at the places we were going to visit. There were three stops in total. We paid the entrance fees ourselves in cash, which seems to be the case with many tours from what I’ve seen. I think it was more than enough. We were lucky to catch these destinations at a beautiful time of the day and in the right season.

we were told route 3 would be the best. it was not a disappointment at all. it didn't seem as though the rowers could speak English, however they would let us know which spot we have reached on the map.

I booked this transfer a couple days in advance. The driver communicated frequently through WhatsApp and picked us up in a timely manner. He provided water bottles and the main ride in the van was extremely comfortable. There were even charging outlets for devices. When we arrived in Ninh Binh, we were moved to smaller vehicles to take us to our individual homestays and hotels.

The ride was smooth even though it was raining. The bus left Hanoi at the exact time stated here. We also got a private car transfer to Bich Dong Pagoda for only 30,000 VND.

The bus was really comfortable. The journey was less than 2 hours as the driver was driving swiftly on the highway. It seemed a bit rushed but I feel they are trained drivers so didn’t feel uncomfortable even at 100 Km/hr speed. my only feedback is that they should provide the Bus number as it helps in an easiery tracking and confirmation. We waited at the spot and the bus came at the right time but with a different country and language barrier it may not be easy for others. Also, the bus operator contatct should be working, it says invalid number.

It's actually quite convenient. When you're traveling, time is precious, so you don't want to waste it comparing options. The price is cheaper than booking directly with the guesthouse, and there's an added layer of security, which is pretty good. The only thing is that the pickup and drop-off times might be slightly adjusted depending on the situation, requiring constant minor itinerary changes. For the outbound trip, I felt it was quite necessary, so why wasn't it provided? But returning to Hanoi, I didn't need them to pick me up and take me to the hotel. I could just use Grab.

The driver picked me up from my accommodation and transferred me to the place in Ninh Binh that's also their main office.

I needed to go to a specific place in Hanoi or the main office of the minibus. It was not that far from the place where Instayed though.

it was well coordinated and time was also maintained. it is a nice experience that every driver or the contact person has the traveller information.

I appreciate the coordination of the travel arrangements. it is completely hassle-free and timings are perfect.
