Fuss-free service from hanoi to ninh binh, direct to my hotel. Driver was on time - pick up will be by car to somewhere for transfer to minibus. Similarly, after alighting at station, car transfer will be required to send you to hotel. Overall, satisfactory service and will recommend for all.

I was very grateful that they didn't leave right away and waited for all the passengers. We arrived at our destination very quickly. It rained a lot, so I couldn't go to Trang An, but I arrived safely in Ninh Binh.
