Min guide, Rii, var mycket informativ och omtänksam. Hon kan konversera på engelska och mandarin. Vi fick en 13-sitsig skåpbil för 6 slumpmässiga personer. Hon ordnade framsätena för mitt skadade ben så att det blev lättare för mig. Hon tog initiativ till att ta foton åt oss. Även om restiden vid varje stopp var ganska kort, var det tack och lov inte högsäsong, så vi kunde ändå täcka det mesta av varje stopp. Under resan fick vi insikter om Hokkaidos historia och detaljer om varje plats. Lite ledsen att jag inte kunde besöka Oyunuma-dammen eftersom jag inte kunde klättra uppför kullen vid Noboribetsu. Jag njöt av Bocca-yoghurten vid Lake Toya och Guarana (Hokkaidos Coca-Cola) som rekommenderades av Rii. De små brunbjörnarna var supergulliga på björnfarmen. I Otaru fanns det ingen tid att köpa berömda sötsaker (Letao, Rokkusei, Ryugetsu) på grund av folkmassorna (men alla dessa märken finns på Sapporo station). Vi besökte Otaru-kanalen, Kitachi-glaset, musikboxmuseet, Miffy Port Town (specialdesignade föremål endast för Otaru).

It was a trip where I truly experienced the magnificent nature of Hokkaido! Our guide, Hikaru, provided detailed explanations and even shared some funny jokes, making sure there was never a dull moment. Thank you for making this such an enjoyable trip!

it’s a beautiful tour, don’t get me wrong. but have clear expectations to what you’re going to see, if you have travelled Japan, there will be nothing new for you to see. I wouldn’t put this as top of my list for visiting Sapporo. Tour guide was great and I have no complaints about organization or tour company.

Our guide Allen was very helpful and knowledgeable. He shared a lot of local stories & that’s so much better than reading articlesssss about Hokkaido history & culture. Wish we can have 30mins more at Otaru to take a slow stroll to soak in the beautiful town.

Jag tyckte mycket bättre om den här jämfört med gårdagens heldagstur med körsbärsblommor. Vår guide Xixi var också kunnig om området och jag uppskattade att hon betonade tiden för att återvända till bussen. Hon tog också bra bilder på mig. I chose this tour because there weren't many options with a Korean-speaking guide for this particular route. I also liked the late start, which allowed for a relaxed morning. Ultimately, I was very satisfied. The tour was led by two guides, one Korean-speaking and one English-speaking. Our Korean-speaking guide, Sei, was particularly excellent, sharing interesting folklore and historical stories related to each spot, which made the travel enjoyable and never boring. I also appreciated her proactive efforts to take photos for us! If I visit Japan again, I would definitely like to use Tour Story!

The tour was a mixed experience. Unfortunately, the tour guide Yao Yao felt disengaged, unapproachable, and did not seem to care much about the group. Fukidashi Park was underwhelming, and the Lake Toya snowmobile activity was missing despite being stated in the itinerary, which felt misleading. Time at the Lake Toya viewpoint was too short, though the view itself was decent. On the positive side, Lake Hill Farm was great—the ice cream is a must-try. Showa Shinzan Bear Ranch was fun, especially feeding the bears. Noboribetsu Jigokudani Valley was alright overall.

I thought I booked my tour for the 15th, but I found out it was for the 17th (I planned to leave for Biei on the 17th). I talked to the guide, Joy, and she was able to make exception for me to join the group for the 15th. Joy was an amazing guide, full of enthusiaism and humor. I was the only English participant and she took the time to go over the details one on one. Nothing felt rushed. Would recommend Joy as your tour guide any day.

This was a wonderful experience. Our tour guide, Xiao Hong, was very polite and thoughtful. She introduced us to Hokkaido's unique characteristics, explained each attraction, and highlighted special limited-edition items. She also thoughtfully reminded us of things to pay attention to. Additionally, we had another guide, HK Kelvin, who provided heartwarming explanations in Cantonese and even helped everyone take photos with a professional camera. He patiently discussed the features and usage tips for skincare products with us. We truly had a very enjoyable day.
