Emerald Lake rundturer

was a great trip and the lakes had incredible scenery. only thing keeping from 5 stars on itinerary was no trip to Marble Canyon :(

Louis var både guide och chaufför. Han var mycket kunnig och gav en detaljerad introduktion till Banff nationalparks historia. Han körde oss säkert till varje sevärdhet, berättade vad vi kunde köpa och var priserna var höga så vi inte skulle handla där. Det som imponerade mest på mig var att han tog oss till hemliga, privata platser, vilket gav oss ett underbart minne.

it was a very nice quick trip to lots of things in Banff National Park. Ben is my guide, and he was doing a very great job. He is so insightful and gives a very fun and fascinating facts about each places, also being there to help with the photo and always look out for us when someone come back later than the whole group. The trip gives you quite a understandable short time for Lake Louise and Moraine Lake with only 1 hour. But, that’s a reason why we can cover a lot of things in time.

i was shocked to receive email from u on the eve of the tour tt i am supposed to meet u at 0630 instead of 0750 as arranged by me at calgary international airport to join the tour grp at mount royal hotel at banff.Luckily i read yr message and meet at the rescheduled time given by you. The driver was very helpful and explain to me . when we reach mt royal hotel which took abt 1 hr to reach to meet up wth the grp i was worried tt nobody will fetch us back to our designated meet up point. but the driver was nice enough to fetch us back to our hotel.i didnt knw tt klook will engage another dept to fetch us for the tour. i tgt tt it was a conducted tour organised by klook very disappointed wth this arrangement..

Kenneth was our guide and he was absolutely BRILLIANT! Super friendly and welcoming as soon as we got on the bus, he handed out treats & water for us all constantly. You could tell he really loved his job. He provided stories on our journey and lots of information from Calgary to Banff. His choice of music was perfect as well. When we got to each location he even went out with us and helped with photos and shared jokes which really made our day! Best tour ever, don’t hesitate to book! 😊

Before the trip, the travel agency emailed us to inform us that due to vehicle issues, our original Three Lakes tour was upgraded to Four Lakes. They also provided detailed pre-trip reminders, which was very thoughtful and considerate. On the day of the tour, our guide Kenneth was very talkative and knowledgeable. Through his introduction, you could feel his deep love for nature. He explained time management, photo spots, and tour routes very clearly and methodically, giving us a truly perfect and comfortable travel experience. Highly recommended!

Turen var en fantastisk upplevelse! Mario var mycket informativ, och det jag verkligen uppskattade var hur han guidade oss på vandringslederna och såg till att vi visste de bästa vägarna att ta. Efter att ha tagit foton åt oss gav han oss också tid och utrymme att utforska området på egen hand. 😁 Det som gör den här turen annorlunda är att de verkligen hjälper gästerna att lära sig om Kanadensiska Klippiga bergen på ett roligt och engagerande sätt. 🫶🏼 Takakkaw Falls var stängt dagen innan, så vi åkte först till Peyto Lake, men när Mario fick reda på att Takakkaw Falls oväntat hade öppnat igen, lade han till ett extra stopp för oss, vilket uppskattades mycket. Det var pricken över i:et! :) Jag älskade också hur han delade med sig av information under hela turen. Det var interaktivt, underhållande och aldrig tråkigt. Jag skulle definitivt boka med dem igen om jag kommer tillbaka! 💞💞

My shuttle reservation failed, so I booked this tour instead, and it was the best decision. It was wonderful thanks to our guide, Andrew. Even though I couldn't understand everything in English, he was very kind and explained things well. It was truly great!
