Here’s a natural and polished review: We had a wonderful trip, and our guide, Tom, made it even better. He was incredibly knowledgeable and shared lots of interesting facts throughout the day. What I especially appreciated was that, even though most of the group was from China, he made sure the English-speaking guests received the same attention and explanations. We never felt left out. The tour was well organized, the pace was comfortable, and we had a great experience. Thank you, Tom, for making it such an enjoyable and memorable day!

Comprehensive day trip itinerary covering many of the popular sightseeing spots in Furano and Biei. Operator appears to be reputable and used by both local and overseas tourists. This was perfect as we went as a family of four with no car. Without this tour, it would have been much more expensive or impossible to cover all these areas. The bus was comfortable and there was sufficient time for each stop to take pictures and have a quick snack. All stops have a toilet and the distance between stops is 30 minutes at most, except the return trip. The main tourist stops were quite crowded, in particular Tomita Farm, the Blue Pond, and Shinkisai-no-okai. If the areas are crowded and there is a queue to park the bus, the tour may be delayed. One con is that the tour guide only speaks Japanese, so we were unable to understand a lot of the recommendations and commentary. However, the tour guide still knew key phrases in English to make sure everyone was able to see everything as advertised. Another con is that some of the spots like the rollercoaster road or the straight road are viewed from the bus. Depending on where you sit, you might not be able to see it as it goes by quickly. Overall, would still recommend for singles/couples/groups who are okay with short stops to see views of Furano and eat some local snacks, all without having to drive.

Det är en snabb resa men det maximerar verkligen hur mycket man får se på en dag. Det regnade, men överallt var ändå vackert. Du kommer inte att ångra att du ser den här sidan av Hokkaido!

Rekommenderas verkligen. Bekvämare som en privat tur med bara en liten grupp. Reseledaren översatte engelska till mig trots att alla andra var en kinesisk grupp. Jag är verkligen nöjd. Tiden som gavs var också tillräcklig för att jag skulle kunna promenera runt utan att stressa. Verkligen nöjd. Bra!!! Landskapet längs resan är också vackert.

I had an amazing experience booking with Klook for our Hokkaido trip. The itinerary was well-organized and covered some of the most beautiful and unique spots. Noboribetsu Hell Valley was truly breathtaking with its dramatic scenery and steaming vents. Date Jidaimura was a fun and immersive cultural experience, giving us a glimpse of Japan’s Edo period. Mitsui Outlet Sapporo was a great stop for shopping and finding good deals. Lastly, Lake Shikotsu Ice Village felt like a winter wonderland—absolutely magical, especially at night. Everything was smooth from booking to the actual tour. The guide was helpful and informative, and transportation was comfortable and on time. Highly recommended for a convenient and memorable travel experience!

Reseguiden är mycket lätt att prata med och har tålamod även om andra inte kommer tillbaka till bussen i tid. Jag hade en fantastisk tur. Jag skulle rekommendera denna tur för att utforska de berömda platserna i Hokkaido.
