Alisa was a great guide! Very friendly and helpful! Was stuck in the zoo due to the rain and Alisa went thru the trouble to help me collect my umbrella and send it to us in the zoo! very grateful to what she did! Thumbs up to Alisa!

The overall itinerary was very well-organized! We spent two hours at the Asahiyama Zoo; although there was no penguin walk, the little animals were still very cute. Afterwards, we visited the Shirahige Waterfall, the Shirogane Blue Pond, and the Ningle Terrace. Visiting multiple attractions in a single day, traveling by bus made it worry-free and effortless. It was great.

Very well arrange, Jenny the tour guide contact us the day before and explain the itenerary also meeting point, very clear& helpful. Love all the places we visited, enjoy the view very much. Jenny also explained about all places that we visited. Especially love the Blue pond in Biei, Tomica park, Shikisai no oka, Shirahige falls.

small tour group with mini-bus. the ride was smooth, syllabus was great and Baku the tour guide was awesome. Baku gave us great tips during the trip (i.e. what to buy at service centre, where to grab lunch at Biei station…). we enjoyed it very much! thx the team for their effort!!!

She explained everything so clearly and shared so many interesting details, tips and little recommendations along the way. Our tour with Ms. Lee was fantastic! She is an incredibly kind and attentive guide who did a wonderful job showing us around. We really enjoy a small group outing like this, and having just eight people made the experience feel highly personalized. Ms. Lee made sure every single one of us was perfectly looked after, and we couldn't have asked for a better trip!

The tour was excellent! We visited many places. Even though there were only 4 of us, we had a small car, like an Alphard, which felt like a private tour. The driver was very helpful, communicated well, was polite, and always smiling. We got to see everything on the itinerary, plus they added Tomita Farm and a herb garden for us. The time spent at each stop was just right, and the weather was great. Everything went smoothly and comfortably. I highly recommend it!
