Shirahige Falls ture

Alisa was a great guide! Very friendly and helpful! Was stuck in the zoo due to the rain and Alisa went thru the trouble to help me collect my umbrella and send it to us in the zoo! very grateful to what she did! Thumbs up to Alisa!

The overall itinerary was very well-organized! We spent two hours at the Asahiyama Zoo; although there was no penguin walk, the little animals were still very cute. Afterwards, we visited the Shirahige Waterfall, the Shirogane Blue Pond, and the Ningle Terrace. Visiting multiple attractions in a single day, traveling by bus made it worry-free and effortless. It was great.

Very well arrange, Jenny the tour guide contact us the day before and explain the itenerary also meeting point, very clear& helpful. Love all the places we visited, enjoy the view very much. Jenny also explained about all places that we visited. Especially love the Blue pond in Biei, Tomica park, Shikisai no oka, Shirahige falls.

lille turgruppe med minibus. Turen var behagelig, programmet var fantastisk, og Baku, turguiden, var fantastisk. Baku gav os gode tips under turen (f.eks. hvad man skulle købe i servicecentret, hvor man kunne spise frokost på Biei station...). Vi nød det meget! Tak til teamet for deres indsats!!!

She explained everything so clearly and shared so many interesting details, tips and little recommendations along the way. Turen var fremragende, og det bedste var, at vores guide, Andy, var i stand til at undgå lange køer til frokost og andre attraktioner, fordi hans timing var perfekt. De steder, vi besøgte, var alle smukke, og himlen var klar. KAN VARMT ANBEFALES, når du er på Hokkaido. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Alt var fremragende og punktligt. Vores guide, hr. Joe, var imødekommende og opmærksom og gav gode forklaringer og anbefalinger. Melonen var sød og lækker, og udsigten over blomstermarkerne var spektakulær. Vi var også meget heldige med godt vejr uden regn.

Our tour with Ms. Lee was fantastic! She is an incredibly kind and attentive guide who did a wonderful job showing us around. We really enjoy a small group outing like this, and having just eight people made the experience feel highly personalized. Ms. Lee made sure every single one of us was perfectly looked after, and we couldn't have asked for a better trip!
