Alisa was a great guide! Very friendly and helpful! Was stuck in the zoo due to the rain and Alisa went thru the trouble to help me collect my umbrella and send it to us in the zoo! very grateful to what she did! Thumbs up to Alisa!

The overall itinerary was very well-organized! We spent two hours at the Asahiyama Zoo; although there was no penguin walk, the little animals were still very cute. Afterwards, we visited the Shirahige Waterfall, the Shirogane Blue Pond, and the Ningle Terrace. Visiting multiple attractions in a single day, traveling by bus made it worry-free and effortless. It was great.

Very well arrange, Jenny the tour guide contact us the day before and explain the itenerary also meeting point, very clear& helpful. Love all the places we visited, enjoy the view very much. Jenny also explained about all places that we visited. Especially love the Blue pond in Biei, Tomica park, Shikisai no oka, Shirahige falls.

small tour group with mini-bus. the ride was smooth, syllabus was great and Baku the tour guide was awesome. Baku gave us great tips during the trip (i.e. what to buy at service centre, where to grab lunch at Biei station…). we enjoyed it very much! thx the team for their effort!!!

We are so grateful to have 柳生导游 as our guide! She really went above and beyond throughout the entire trip. We truly feel how passionate and enthusiastic she is about what she does. She explained everything so clearly and shared so many interesting details, tips and little recommendations along the way. Екскурзията беше отлична и най-хубавото е, че нашият екскурзовод Анди успя да ни спести дългите опашки за обяд и другите забележителности, тъй като времето му беше перфектно подбрано. Everything was excellent and punctual. Our guide, Mr. Joe, was welcoming and attentive, providing great explanations and recommendations. The melon was sweet and delicious, and the view of the flower fields was spectacular. We were also very lucky to have good weather with no rain.

Our tour with Ms. Lee was fantastic! She is an incredibly kind and attentive guide who did a wonderful job showing us around. We really enjoy a small group outing like this, and having just eight people made the experience feel highly personalized. Ms. Lee made sure every single one of us was perfectly looked after, and we couldn't have asked for a better trip!
