The redemption process was very smooth; I just had to show the QR code at the store, which was convenient and quick. There was a rich variety of ice cream flavors, and they paired perfectly with the rich chocolate sauce. The packaging was exquisite, making it suitable for enjoying at home or as a gift. They were constantly attentive to guests' needs, making everyone feel truly welcome and well-cared for. The seafood was incredibly fresh, and cold dishes like oysters and bread crabs were replenished extremely quickly; I never saw an empty platter. The hot food selection was diverse, and whether it was roasted beef, roasted lamb leg, flavorful cooked dishes, or delicate dim sum, the seasoning was perfect. You could really feel the dedication of the culinary team. The dessert section was the perfect ending, with a wide selection of ice cream and various exquisite mini cakes, all of which were on par with high-end dessert shops. It's a buy-one-get-one-free deal, and for the price of this lunch, there's an unexpectedly large amount of food, so it's no wonder the place was packed. The desserts, in particular, were very thoughtfully prepared and unique, including mango Napoleon, durian pancakes, crème brûlée mochi puffs, taro egg waffles, several kinds of soft cookies, and various Movenpick ice cream flavors. They were truly impressive and delicious. The seafood, such as oysters, shrimp, and clams, was standard, and surprisingly, there were even lobster claws. The salad was good. The hot dishes and Chinese options were average and could be improved. The Japanese sashimi wasn't cut to order; it was pre-cut and available for self-service, and the quality was just okay. Sushi, cold noodles, and similar items weren't particularly exciting. The service was normal. Overall, this meal offered excellent value for money, and I would definitely come again.

To celebrate my friend's birthday this time, I specifically booked a buy-one-get-one-free lunch buffet at the hotel, and also added a senior buffet price. With the all-you-can-eat oyster bar, it was an excellent value. The buffet offered a wide variety of food, especially the extensive selection of desserts, which are my absolute favorite. Additionally, the hotel restaurant environment was comfortable and spacious, making for a very pleasant seating experience. It's a great place for friends to gather.

This was my first time here, and the buffet had a buy-one-get-one-free offer. The roasted beef and lamb chops were excellent! There was a good variety of cooked dishes, though the sashimi was a bit less impressive. The dessert cakes were very good; even though I don't eat durian, its presentation alone was worth the price. Plus, the staff were incredibly quick and polite when clearing plates! I'll definitely consider coming back next time there's a promotion or a new theme!

Dňa 29. mája sme navštívili hotel Harbour Grand Kowloon v oblasti Whampoa, aby sme si vychutnali bohatý obed formou bufetu (12:00 – 14:30). Cena bola primeraná a hodnota vynikajúca. Ponuka jedál bola rozsiahla a kvalita zaručená. Obsluha hotela bola výborná. Navštívili sme ich už mnohokrát a nikdy sme neboli nespokojní. Náš stôl bol blízko jedla, čo bolo ideálne pre nás dvoch, vrátane jedného seniora, ktorý si to želal, aby mal ľahký prístup k jedlu. Prostredie bolo príjemné s veľkými oknami a dostatkom svetla, hoci klimatizácia bola trochu slabšia, ale nebol to veľký problém. Čo sa týka jedla, mali pečené hovädzie mäso, ktoré mám najradšej, lososové sashimi, chobotnice, čerstvé mušle, čerstvé červené krevety – všetko bolo čerstvé a chutné. Koláče a dezerty boli uspokojivé. Príborov bolo spočiatku málo, ale rýchlo ich doplnili, možno kuchyňa nestíhala s umývaním a výmenou. Celkovo hodnotím päť hviezdičiek, som spokojný.

It's convenient; you can book the day before you want to go. However, I recommend booking an earlier time slot because this time, when we booked for an 8 PM arrival, the meal wasn't as expected. Plus, as soon as 9 PM hit, the restaurant staff seemed very eager to leave.

Služby: Čašníci neustále pomáhali s odnášaním tanierov, čo bolo skvelé. Prostredie reštaurácie: Hoci nie je veľká, strop je dostatočne vysoký, čo je dobré. Cena: Oplatí sa. Chuť jedla: Čerstvé ustrice a kraby, sashimi bolo v poriadku, ale teplé údené jedlá neboli dostatočne teplé. Výber bol pomerne malý, ale chápem, že priestor je obmedzený, takže to nevadí. Najdôležitejšie je, že jahňacie rebrá boli pripravené dusením a povrch nebol uvarený, takže ako by mohol byť vnútrajšok? Možno sa varilo príliš veľa naraz a zlepilo sa to, takže vonkajšok nebol uvarený. Pre mňa, kto jedáva surové, si myslím, že je to potrebné zlepšiť.
