I would give the travel agency a solid 10 out of 10. From airport transfers to communication, the drivers were very polite and friendly. They provide detailed guidance just in case you are unsure, which I found to be truly fantastic. This includes the coordination of flights and ferry schedules—they even replied to me after business hours (at that time, I happened to purchase the tickets on a Saturday for a Monday trip), and handled everything thoughtfully. At the same time, I would like to thank this platform for allowing me to bundle flights, transfers, and ferry tickets all in one go, and many thanks to our partner, Tian Ming International Travel Service!

Since this rental scooter is 125cc, a Japanese standard driver's license alone is not sufficient to ride it. (Mopeds that can be ridden with a Japanese standard driver's license are 125cc or less and have a maximum output of 4.0kW or less.) The staff suggested that since I couldn't ride the scooter with my standard license, I could switch to a car or an electric scooter that doesn't require a license, so I chose the electric scooter. The electric scooter had a higher daily rental fee, so I paid the difference. The electric scooter doesn't go faster than 25km/h, so in a way, it might be safer. They also lend out helmets (though the size was big...). The staff were very helpful, using a translation app to explain various things. It's also convenient that I can return it at Kinmen Airport.

Chi Lee was an absolute gem of a guide. From the moment we arrived, he was friendly, professional, and packed with local and historical knowledge that brought Kinmen to life. He made the most of our limited time on the island, maximizing every hour without ever feeling rushed. What really stood out was his flexibility — he adapted the itinerary on the fly to match our interests rather than following a rigid script. To top it off, he personally came into the airport to make sure we caught our flight on time. That kind of dedication is rare. Highly recommend Chi Lee to anyone visiting Kinmen!

The itinerary was rich, fulfilling, and very nice. The guided tour was detailed, allowing us to learn a lot of wartime history. We started our journey from Jincheng Station, and the transportation shuttle was very convenient. My family was very satisfied with the itinerary we booked. It was well worth it and definitely worth a visit.

Highly recommended! You'll truly regret it if you visit Kinmen and don't join this tour. Our guide, Mr. Hao, provided incredibly detailed explanations and excellent service! He gave us a deep understanding of Kinmen, and the local delicacies and specialty snacks he arranged were fantastic. It's almost certainly the best experience we've ever purchased on Klook. The room was clean and comfortable, and the environment was meticulously maintained. The shower water pressure was stable and strong, making for a very relaxing shower. The staff were friendly and enthusiastic. Overall, the stay was very satisfying and worth returning to.

The room's comfort level doesn't compare to a large hotel, but the space is very large, the air conditioning is strong, and the bathroom facilities are nice. What touched me the most was their service. Two young people, Xiao Dong and Xiao Yang, were very attentive and thoughtful. Not only did they provide airport pickup and drop-off, but when they saw I was heading out for a meal, they even gave me a ride. When I was leaving, they even called to check on where I was, proactively brought the luggage I had left behind at the guesthouse after checking out in the morning, picked me up at Juguang Tower, and dropped me off at the pier to catch the ferry. Their thoughtfulness moved me to tears!
