I would give the travel agency a solid 10 out of 10. From airport transfers to communication, the drivers were very polite and friendly. They provide detailed guidance just in case you are unsure, which I found to be truly fantastic. This includes the coordination of flights and ferry schedules—they even replied to me after business hours (at that time, I happened to purchase the tickets on a Saturday for a Monday trip), and handled everything thoughtfully. At the same time, I would like to thank this platform for allowing me to bundle flights, transfers, and ferry tickets all in one go, and many thanks to our partner, Tian Ming International Travel Service!

Since this rental scooter is 125cc, a Japanese standard driver's license alone is not sufficient to ride it. (Mopeds that can be ridden with a Japanese standard driver's license are 125cc or less and have a maximum output of 4.0kW or less.) The staff suggested that since I couldn't ride the scooter with my standard license, I could switch to a car or an electric scooter that doesn't require a license, so I chose the electric scooter. The electric scooter had a higher daily rental fee, so I paid the difference. The electric scooter doesn't go faster than 25km/h, so in a way, it might be safer. They also lend out helmets (though the size was big...). The staff were very helpful, using a translation app to explain various things. It's also convenient that I can return it at Kinmen Airport.

Chi Lee was an absolute gem of a guide. From the moment we arrived, he was friendly, professional, and packed with local and historical knowledge that brought Kinmen to life. He made the most of our limited time on the island, maximizing every hour without ever feeling rushed. What really stood out was his flexibility — he adapted the itinerary on the fly to match our interests rather than following a rigid script.
