We stayed in a twin room, and both the hotel and the room were very clean. Despite the limited space, the room was fully equipped with amenities (including a desk, a two-seater sofa, and a kettle). The staff were all very friendly and happy to help. We would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

හෝටලය ඉතා පිරිසිදු අතර, කාර්ය මණ්ඩලය ඉතා මිත්‍රශීලී සහ සැමවිටම අමුත්තන්ට උදව් කිරීමට සූදානමින් සිටී. ටෝකියෝවේ අප නතර වූ වෙනත් හෝටල් සමඟ සසඳන විට කාමරය ද ඉතා ඉඩකඩ සහිත විය. පිහිටීම ඉතා පහසුය, මන්ද එය අකෙබොනොබාෂි දුම්රිය ස්ථානයට ආසන්නයේ පිහිටා ඇති බැවිනි. සැලකිය යුතු එකම දෙය නම් නොමිලේ කෝපි ලබා ගැනීමට නොහැකි වීමයි. සමස්තයක් ලෙස, අපගේ නවාතැන් ගැනීම ඉතා සුවපහසු වූ අතර, ටෝකියෝවේ පිරිසිදු, ඉඩකඩ සහිත සහ පහසු ස්ථානයක් සොයන ඕනෑම කෙනෙකුට මම මෙම හෝටලය නිර්දේශ කරමි.

5-10 mins walk from ueno station. a lot of near by food shops. staff are very friendly. rooms are very clean. ameneties excellent.

The hotel is conveniently located right behind Ueno-Hirokoji Exit 4A, and the tall sign makes it very easy to spot. It's just a 3-minute walk away. Plus, it's incredibly close to Ameyoko, the Parco across the street, and the Yoshiike main building. Even Yamabe Tonkatsu is nearby, making it practically a central hub. The hotel staff are also very enthusiastic, often providing snacks and small games for guests with children to enjoy and interact with. 👍 We even met the resident pianist, Ms. Ayame, playing famous classical pieces! 🎹

this hotel is centrally located, clean and has friendly staff. we were traveling with two of our kids and the room was spacious enough for the rfour of us, which I understand is hard to come by in Tokyo. I would pass on the lobby cafe. at 1,800 yen for a capacino I found this to be double the price of any other cafe on the area. if you like the great ambiance, it could be worth it, but for us travelling with two young kids, it was not. Otherwise this is a great hotel, in an amazing area of the city. We will stay here again in the future.

We stayed here for a week and had a wonderful experience! The room was definitely on the smaller side, but that's to be expected in Tokyo, and it had everything we needed. It was clean, modern, and beautifully maintained, making it a comfortable place to come back to after long days of exploring.
The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating throughout our stay. They were always happy to help, and they even held our luggage for us on our last day, which made sightseeing before our flight so much easier.
The location was another huge plus. There was a 7-Eleven directly across the street, and it was easy to get to nearby train stations and explore the city.
Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tokyo!

The hotel has a great location for transportarion . Very close to Tsujiki and shintomicho station. These stations are not too complicated Room was big enough even it has just an apartment view. You can choose the main road view room if its important for you. We didnt stay long in the room. Beds were comfortable. Every day our room was cleaned pijamas were changed. We informed we smelled humid odor and staff immediately cared for the situation. They have breakfast servise 2200yen if you choose. We had breakfast outside to explore the city. I recommend. Thanks for the service.
