Easy access from Saitama-Shintoshin station, making it a 20 minute train ride from Tokyo. Price was good for a business hotel of its caliber and came with a solid morning buffet breakfast

Beds were not comfortable. Staff didn’t let me have 30 min late checkout. Same breakfast everyday- we were there for 6 nights and all we ate was croissant.

2 min walk from exit of Saitama-Shintoshin station. Super convenient and close to many restaurants. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
