Great location with excellent transit links. Spotlessly clean with a 7/11 and Komeda coffee onsite. Helpful staff.

Loads of amenities, walking distance to Tokyo station.
Iron provided. Laundry available self service. Staff spoke good English and was helpful for answering questions.
Beds are rock hard however.

We only stayed one night here on way to Kyoto, but it was clean and nice and easy to get to train station within minutes. Nice Hotel

This is a well located hotel, it has a 7/11 convenience store right next to it which is very valuable in Jaoan, fridge tea and lots of toiletries. In Japan all rooms are much smaller than in North America but they are very clean and well maintained. This hotel is good value for Tokyo and within easy walking distance of the Tokyo station, the palace and the red bus stops. There are is a tourist information centre within a blocks walk, subway stations on every corner and all trains stop at Tokyo station. I highly recommend this hotel for tourists on the go who are there to see the sights. They were able to send my bags on to our next hotel and the staff are fluent in basic English and can figure out how to help you. It was my favourite hotel outside of Okinawa.while we were there, we stayed at snow monkey park onsen, Osaka, Odawara and Okinawa on our trip.
