As the hotel has been renovated so the room, including its bathroom is very new and clean. The room size is not big but it is considered good for Tokyo standard. The front desk staff though can converse in English without any problem, the non-Japanese staff do not seem to be too familiar when we need assistance. Laundry service is definitely a plus point and of course, its location is also perfect!

The room was bigger than many other hotels we stayed in during our trip. The bed was very comfy and the shower was excellent. Great location.

This hotel is the best. From a smooth check-in experience where they accommodated my early check-in request (with extra charge), to rooms that are chock-full of high quality amenities and surprisingly spacious. Our family of 3 really enjoyed the stay. The location is also super convenient with multiple metro stations in walking distance. Lots of high end as well as affordable restaurants close by plus a 7-24 across the street. We used the luggage transfer and the laundry. Both very convenient. Would request the hotel management to add more laundry machines as they are very popular (Especially during the evening). If possible do your laundry during the day.

Although the Hotels.com website shows three individual pictures showing a bar in the hotel, we were disapointed to find we were unable to use it unless we were eating too. The hotel itself was very pleasant.
