Clean hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Good location near public transportation. Hotel provided many amenities and products for you (you don't need to pack combs, toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, body wash, pajamas, slippers, hair ties, etc.). Many restaurants and convenience stores close by. True to Japanese standards, the rooms and bathrooms were a bit small, but that is to be expected and were completely fine for what we needed. The hotel offers snacks, sodas, and tea in the lobby each day (starting shortly after breakfast is over and continuing into the evening). You have a small refrigerator, water kettle, tea, and instant coffee provided in your room. You you can purchase and eat breakfast in the lobby dinning area for a decent price (you need to make a reservation as space is limited). We did not do breakfast at the hotel, but the breakfast area was always busy, so it must have been decent. The hotel has a small laundry room that guests can use. You can use coins or a card (I think) to pay for your loads of laundry. The washers auto-supply detergent, so you don't need to provide that. If I am remembering correctly, the dryers charge by weight / size of load. The laundry rooms is a bit small and is in high demand, so keep this in mind when planning for "wash days".

The hotel was very well maintained and the staff were very helpful and competent. The location was convenient and the hotel was fully booked. But the room was surprisingly quiet. Highly recommended!

Friendly staff. Clean lobby. Plenty of amenities: toiletries, snacks, beverages.
Placed us in an adjoining room. I was expecting a larger room that could accommodate my party, As pictured on site. But it’s for the better since there wouldn’t be any space with our 10 luggage’s in a shared room. Wished the room was swept more often though. Because between my daughter and I, too much hairs on the floor.
Over all, a good experience. Close to Tokyo station and many surrounding spots.

Conveniently located close to Tokyo Station. Bathroom facilities are excellent. Scale in lobby for weighing luggage to make sure it is not overweight.

Great location. Family friendly. Staffs are helpful. Right across from airport bus except we arrived late and too tired to figure out the bus from Haneda airport so just took a cab. Cab ride at 10:30p in Japan is considered “peak hour” so paid closer to $13,000 yen which is about $80 USD.
Breakfast is very simple continental with pastries and cereal for optional $1000 Yen. We just skipped it and ate at Soba noodle shop steps about for $800 yen. Much better.
Really liked the drink machine open all day and late hours when we returned to our hotel after long day out.
Overall. I would definitely stay here again. Staffs are very friendly. Small boutique hotel vibe and very fast Internet.

This hotel is a great value; The location is pretty good, you can walk to Tokyo station and it's right in the middle of everything. Our room felt spacious; Staff in the front was accommodating and good. Some of the notes I have and hence 4/5:
- It seems there's a lot of people coming to this hotel because it is central and affordable, so the elevators sometimes is completely full, I was on the 7th floor and I had to wait for a couple of elevators to come down.
- On the morning, they transform a part of the lobby area for "breakfast" but that basically prevents you from using the good coffee machine, you are left with the instant coffee option and hot water, I didn't like this.
- Our bathroom smelled like piss and in general bathrooms and in many places in the hotel smelled like piss; maybe they should pay attention to this on bathrooms or there's something going on with the sewers.
