Definitely one of the prettiest hotels we’ve been to! Most especially at night. Plus they’re very considerate. I’ve booked the wrong date and realized it on the day we’re supposed to check-in. I could no longer cancel it in Klook so I tried messaging them in Facebook and e-mail. They responded and accommodated our request to change the date without any additional payment. We were really really thankful and happy we booked this hotel. If Phuket is on your bucket list, don’t forget to include this hotel in your itinerary. ❤️

නවාතැන් ගැනීමට ඉතා හොඳ ස්ථානයකි. බෙහෙවින් නිර්දේශ කරනු ලැබේ. හොඳ පාරිභෝගික සේවාවක් ඇත.

The room was clean and spacious, with palm trees visible outside the window, creating a very pleasant environment. The parking lot was convenient and easy to use, and the staff were sincere and friendly. The resort also offered several dining options, and there were plenty of swimming pools and children's play areas, making it suitable for a family vacation. The only downside was the limited variety of breakfast food and its quality, which was lower than expected and did not meet the standards of a high-end resort hotel.

The staff are very helpful. They have 2 Filipino staff in the concierge who made the experience so so good. They also prepared a cake for me eventhough it is a day after my actual birthday

Stayed a total of 6 days at this resort. Was a good experience, met some good people. Staff were amazing. Great overall service. One thing I’d change is some appliances in the room which were pretty used or outdated. Cash deposit upfront so be prepared for that.

මෙම හෝටලයේ අපූරු නවාතැන් අත්දැකීමක් ලැබුණා. සියල්ල විශිෂ්ටයි — ස්ථානය, පිරිසිදුකම. සේවාව මගේ අපේක්ෂාවන් ඉක්මවා ගියා, මට ඇත්තටම මගේ නවාතැන් කාලය පුරාම සුවපහසුවක් දැනුණා. මම අනිවාර්යයෙන්ම මෙම හෝටලය නිර්දේශ කරන අතර නැවත පැමිණීමට බලාපොරොත්තු වෙනවා.

The service was good, and the staff were lovely. It was clean and convenient, with a shuttle service available at all times. However, there was an issue with breakfast. When I booked the room through the app, it indicated breakfast was included, but upon check-in, the staff informed me it was not. Nevertheless, the app and the hotel resolved the problem effectively, though it took 2-3 days. The communication was good. Overall, it was excellent.

1. ඉතා හොඳ ස්ථානයක්. 2. මිත්‍රශීලී කාර්ය මණ්ඩලය. 3. ඉතා උපකාරී කාර්ය මණ්ඩලය. 4. කාමර යතුර නිතරම ක්‍රියා නොකරයි/දෝෂ සහිතයි. 5. කාමරයට ඇතුළු වූ පළමු දිනයේ බිම ඉතා අපිරිසිදු විය. ඔවුන් එය අතුගා දැමුවා මිස කිසිදා මොප් කර තිබුණේ නැත. මම එය මා විසින්ම මොප් කර පිරිසිදු කළ අතර, ඔවුන් තුවාය සම්පූර්ණයෙන්ම කළු පැහැයෙන් තිබෙනු දැක මට එය වෙනස් කර දුන්නා.

විශිෂ්ට පිහිනුම් තටාක ප්‍රදේශයකි. එය විශාල වෘත්තාකාර තටාකයක් නොවන නමුත් විවේක ගැනීම සඳහා විවිධ ප්‍රදේශ ඇත. අපි පිස්සා එකක් ඇණවුම් කළ අතර එහි රසය ඉතා හොඳයි! උදෑසන ආහාර තේරීම විශාල නොවීය, නමුත් ඔවුන්ගේ අමුත්තන්ගේ කාමරය ඉතා ඉඩකඩ සහිත වූ අතර නාන තටාකය පිරිසිදු හා විලාසිතාවෙන් යුක්ත විය.
